We must love, honor, and hold space for the parts of ourselves that need it. This meditation guides you in this process and supports you to remember that you are worthy, loved, and enough.

Hello beautiful one.

I am so humbled and honored and in so much appreciation that you have chosen this inner child meditation today.

And it is my deepest hope that this serves you in your own healing,

Your own connection to your inner child and the parts of you that are needing love and witnessing and space held for them,

And that this meditation can open you to remember who you really are,

The love that you are,

And the love that you are so worthy and deserving of having and experiencing.

And so,

Just start to make yourself comfortable,

Either lying down or sitting,

Adjusting in any way that is going to support you in feeling as comfortable as possible right now.

And then when you're ready,

Just allow your eyes to close and start to connect to your breath.

Deep inhale in,

And exhale out.

Another inhale in,

And deep exhale out.

And continuing in your own rhythm,

Just allowing each breath to relax you,

To calm you,

To let go,

And let go.

Now begin to notice a beautiful white light just above the top of your head.

And this white light is the most relaxing light you could imagine,

The most healing light that you could imagine.

It begins to lower around the crown of your head,

And as it does,

You can feel yourself letting go,

Relaxing,

Relaxing.

And it lowers now to touch your forehead,

Your eyes,

Around your jaw,

Your mouth,

And all the little muscles in your face begin to relax and release.

And this white light comes further down your neck,

Down around your shoulders,

Your upper arms,

Your elbows,

Forearms,

Wrists,

Hands,

And through the tip of each of your fingers,

Allowing your arms,

Shoulders,

Hands to relax deeper and deeper.

Now feel or sense or see this white light of relaxation come through your chest and your upper back,

Down your torso.

So all the muscles and organs within your chest,

Your back,

Your stomach,

Release and relax,

Letting go,

Letting go.

And this warm sense of relaxation now comes through your pelvic area,

Your upper thighs,

Knees,

Shins,

Calves,

Ankles,

Down through your heel,

The arch of your foot,

And through each and every one of your toes.

Your whole body is now wrapped within this healing and relaxing white light.

And you start to feel this beautiful sense of peace and tranquility,

A deep relaxation and calm.

And then begin to see yourself standing in a beautiful forest.

And just take a moment to notice what kind of trees and plants are in your forest.

Is the sun trickling through the leaves?

Maybe there's a creek alongside you.

What sounds do you hear?

Just what do you notice as you stand within this forest?

And as you look around,

You notice a path ahead of you.

And you begin to walk down this path until it brings you to a clearing.

And you walk into this clearing.

And in the middle,

You see a child standing.

And you begin to walk towards them.

And as you do,

You feel a deep sense of compassion and love for this child that's standing in the middle of this clearing.

And you walk closer and closer.

And as you do,

You start to see that this child is you.

This is your inner child.

You take their hands and you guide them to sit next to you on a beautiful bench shimmering with healing white light.

As you sit together hand in hand,

Look into their eyes and ask your inner child,

What do you need most right now?

What would be the most supportive to hear,

To feel right now?

And then let them just speak their truth to you while you lovingly listen.

What do they need to say?

What have they been wanting to say?

What is on their heart?

What are they yearning to be witnessed,

To be heard,

For space to be held for them?

Just listen to whatever they need to share from a place of deep compassion and love.

Now take a moment when they're done sharing to say anything that they need to hear.

What is going to be most supportive for them to hear right now?

Say anything to them that will help them heal and release any wounds from your past.

Let them know that they are loved,

That they are safe,

That you will always take care of them.

Let them know how worthy they are.

Let them know that they are more than good enough just as they are right now in this moment.

That they are lovable,

That they are loved.

Just continue to share with them anything that is going to let them know and remind them how safe they are,

How loved they are.

And maybe an apology.

Please forgive me for not listening before.

Please forgive me for not showing up in the way that you needed me to show up.

But I am here now.

And I love you.

And I will always love you.

And as you talk and you share and you tell them exactly what they need to hear,

You sense them feeling lighter.

Feeling so soothed by your love.

You can see and sense and feel them being healed from all the old wounds that have been causing them to suffer.

They now know they are safe with you.

That you see them.

That you love them.

That you are there for them.

And just take enough time,

All the time that you need to be with your inner child to give them all the love that they are desiring and deserving,

That you are desiring and deserving.

And when you both feel complete,

You give them a big,

Big hug.

And then you take this one and you wrap them in your arms and you just bring them into the depths of your heart.

They are part of you.

They are you.

And through your love and your witnessing,

They are healed.

They are healed.

You are healed.

You are worthy.

You are loved.

You are enough.

Breathe and receive.

Let that absorb into every part of your being.

You are healed.

You are healed.

You are healed.

You are worthy.

You are loved.

You are enough.

And you begin to walk down the path,

Out of the clearing and down the path,

Back to the entrance of the forest.

And as you do,

You're feeling a deep sense of worthiness.

You know you are good enough.

You know you are lovable.

You are loved.

You are love.

You begin to sense a new feeling of deep love for yourself.

You begin to think about what you can do in your day to show yourself just how worthy and loved you are,

To show yourself how much you love and appreciate yourself.

And as you really think about and feel into that now,

Take a deep breath and let that remembrance of your worthiness,

Of your worthiness,

Of your lovability to move through every cell of your body.

Every part of your being,

Deep into your bones,

You are worthy.

You are loved.

You are enough.

Just as you are,

Always have been,

And always will be.

How can you show this to yourself every single day?

To show yourself how much you love yourself.

Take a deep breath and allow yourself to truly feel the healing that has begun to take place.

And remember how worthy you are and that you get to give yourself the love that you seek.

You are so worthy and deserving of being loved.

You are loved.

Just by your pure existence,

You are worthy.

You have always been worthy.

You will always be worthy.

Breathe and receive.

Let it sink into your bones.

The love that you seek starts with you.
