In our search for a connective relationship with the Heart, we must remember not to seek it with our mind, for it will always make it an object outside of us.

Embodiment is a prayer to the divine, a practice of returning lost parts of ourselves to the altar of love therefore nothing is separate in genuine connection and all we seek is already ours & already here.
