Go ahead and find a comfortable place to lie down.
Grab a pillow for underneath your head and a pillow under your knees.
Get comfortable,
Get warm and relax your eyes.
This mantra for peace meditation is going to be a mantra that we build that reminds your nervous system that it's okay to be calm,
Reminds your muscles to relax and reminds your lungs to take deep,
Full,
Even breaths because you deserve peace.
Our first inhale of this meditation will begin now.
Inhale and exhale and again inhale and exhale.
One more time inhale and exhale.
As you lay on your surface wherever you chose to lay down.
Let's do a quick body scan using your mind only.
Check in with your muscles.
Allow tension to just dissolve,
Melt away.
Tension does not serve any purpose in your life.
So inhale and exhale.
Let it go.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale and exhale.
Take in the noise that's around you.
Take in chatter that is around you.
Take in street noise.
And let's find gratitude for those natural sounds.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale again and exhale.
And last time inhale and exhale.
And we're going to begin to build our mantra for peace.
Whether it be in your head or out loud,
I want you to repeat this mantra.
I am okay.
Everything is okay.
Inhale and exhale.
At the sound of the words,
I am okay.
Everything is okay.
Your nervous system will begin to experience calm.
Your shoulders will be reminded to relax.
And your lungs will take deep,
Full,
Even breaths.
I am okay.
Everything is okay.
At your own pace,
Take some time to repeat that mantra three times.
Whether it's out loud or in your mind.
Inhale and exhale.
And speak your mantra.
This mantra vibrates at a certain frequency that relaxes your mind,
Calms your nervous system and prepares you for the next thing in peace.
I am okay.
Everything is okay.
Because it is.
Inhale and exhale.
In this place of deep meditation,
I want you to reflect back on every moment that you thought maybe it's not going to be okay.
And then look at where you are now.
Everything has always worked out.
Everything is okay.
Say it again.
I am okay.
Inhale and exhale.
We're sinking that mantra deep into our subconscious mind.
We're welcoming it into our brain and allowing our mind to get comfortable with being okay.
With being at peace.
Because that's what your brain deserves.
That is exactly what your brain deserves.
Some quiet and some peace.
Take the next few minutes to get comfortable repeating your mantra at your own pace.
Inhale and exhale and begin.
Take a moment while you're in your body and really reflect how do you feel right now.
How are you feeling?
Are you feeling a sense of calm?
Are your muscles relaxed?
Are you breathing?
Inhale and exhale.
I'm going to count down from three to one.
I'm at one.
Begin to flutter your eyes open.
Stretch.
And prepare yourself to be synthesized with the mantra I am okay.
Everything is okay.
Inhale.

As you begin to rise and stretch and step foot onto earth again prepare to be able to walk in your life from a new found place of peace.
And anytime peace feels to elude you it is okay.

Work yourself into your mantra and into your deep breaths.
Your mantra is always there for you and this meditation is always there for you.
