Dear Great Spirit,
The God-Goddess-Energy,
The creator of all life,
Called by a thousand names,
I humbly come before you to give deep thanks for my connection to you and this beautiful,
Beautiful day.
I come to you as the wind comes to the trees,
Seeking harmony and balance,
And my heart has been heavy with worry.
My mind has been scattered like leaves in autumn,
But I know you are the source of peace and the center of all healing.
I welcome you.
I offer my fears to the four directions,
Releasing them to be carried away on the sacred winds.
To the east,
I give up my anxiety about new beginnings,
Change,
And I trust all is unfolding perfectly.
To the south,
I release my worries about the path ahead and the stories that I create in my mind that have never come true,
As I come into presence and trust.
To the west,
I surrender my fears of endings and change,
And I know we're all in this cycle of life.
To the north,
I offer my concerns for wisdom and guidance,
And I ask more respect and compassion arise from my heart and to the hearts of all.
Great Spirit,
Help me remember that I am part of the sacred web of life,
Connected to all beings and held by your eternal love.
As the eagle soars above the storm clouds,
Lift my spirit above these troubled thoughts.
As the mountain stands firm through all seasons,
Ground me in your unchanging presence of love.
I accept life flows like a river,
And sometimes it feels really fast,
And sometimes it's gentle.
Yet,
I know I'm always moving towards the great waters of your love and presence.
I choose not to fight the current of any circumstance or any challenge,
And see it as an opportunity to grow,
And I trust that you guide all waters to their perfect destination.
Mother Earth beneath my feet reminds me that I am supported and grounded.
Father Sky above me shows me there is always space for my spirit to breathe,
And I am infinite,
Connected to all life.
The trees teach me to bend without breaking,
And to go with the flow,
To stay rooted while reaching towards the light.
I open my heart to receive the medicine of hope that you offer.
I welcome the healing powers of acceptance that flows through creation.
Like the seasons that change in perfect rhythm,
I trust that this time of worry will pass and give way to a season of peace,
Understanding,
And deep compassion.
Grandfather Sun warm my spirit with optimism and positivity that I find the gifts in each new day.
Grandmother Moon teach me to find peace in the cycles of light and shadow,
And the Star Nation remind me that even in darkness,
There is always light to guide me home.
Lessons in every challenging opportunity.
I am grateful for this opportunity to grow stronger and wiser and more trusting.
I honor the challenges as teachers,
And the peaceful moments as gifts,
As all is sacred,
All has purpose,
All is connected in the great circle of life.
May I walk in balance on this sacred path you have laid before me.
May my steps be guided by wisdom.
My heart filled with courage,
And my spirit blessed with a deep knowing that I'm never alone.
