Welcome to your sacral chakra meditation.

As we prepare to journey into the landscape of the sacral chakra,

The center of your emotion and flow,

I invite you to simply let go of any agenda.

There is nothing to fix here.

Only a gentle invitation to feel,

To allow,

And to be with whatever is present within you.

Let's begin by settling the nervous system with the breath.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down,

And gently allow your eyes to close.

Take a deep,

Cleansing breath in through your nose,

And as you exhale through your mouth,

Release any tension that you're consciously holding.

Just let it go.

Now let's return to your foundation for just a moment.

Bring your awareness to the base of your spine,

Feeling that warm,

Red glow of your root chakra and the strong,

Grounding root extending into the earth.

And remind yourself,

I am safe.

I am supported.

Gently allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.

Follow the cycle of your breath,

Noticing the cool air as it enters and the warm air as it leaves.

With each exhale,

Feel your body growing a little heavier,

A little more supported by the surface beneath you.

You are present.

You are safe here.

You are held.

Gently bring your awareness into the lower abdomen,

Just below the navel.

This is the home of your sacral chakra,

Your center of feeling,

Flow,

And creative life force.

Hold your awareness here,

And if it feels right for you,

Place your hand gently on your lower belly.

Feel the gentle rise and fall of your abdomen with each breath.

This is the source of your fluidity,

Emotion,

And natural cycles of change,

The ebb and flow of life.

Imagine a luminous orange glow here,

Like the soft light of a sunset reflected on a lake.

Steady and calm.

With each inhale,

Feel this light expanding,

Warming,

And softening the space within your pelvis.

With each exhale,

Release any feelings of stiffness,

Rigidness,

Or inflexibility,

Not just of the body,

But of the mind.

These feelings begin to melt away as you release into a state of gentle flow.

Visualize a slow,

Peaceful stream of water flowing through the center in your abdomen,

Carrying with it any stuckness or tension,

And gently washing it away.

Release.

This flowing water represents your emotions.

There is no need to change,

Control,

Or judge any of the sensations or emotions that are present.

Simply allow them to be,

Like water flowing around smooth stones in a river.

Be like water.

Observe yourself with kindness in this moment,

And allow grace.

In this space of gentle acceptance,

Silently offer these words to yourself,

Feeling them resonate in the softness of your belly.

I honor my feelings as they flow through me.

I am connected to the rhythm and flow of life.

I give myself permission to experience ease and pleasure.

My creativity is a sacred healing force.

Rest here for just a few more breaths,

Bathing in this warm,

Luminous orange glow.

Your body is safe.

Your feelings are valid.

You are in a gentle,

Flowing relationship with your emotions and your experiences.

Breathe.

Rest here for a moment,

And let your breath flow and return to its natural rhythm.

Slowly and gently,

Begin to bring your awareness back.

Feel the solid support beneath you.

You are safe.

Notice the air in the room,

And gently start to move your body.

Maybe wiggle your fingers and toes.

When you're ready,

And at your own pace,

Gently open your eyes.

You are safe.

As you go throughout your day,

Carry the sense of safety and flow and ease with you.

And remember to be like water.
