Yes.

I want to manifest I want to create the life that I want so for today's experience,

I invite you to have a journal or to have Hi everyone.

Thanks for joining to have I just Paper paper that you can write on and something to write with ideally something you can actually write with rather than typing in a device or on a device Go ahead and grab some paper and something to write with Okay manifestation before we dive in why don't we just take a moment To Pause and to arrive I Invite you to close the eyes if you can,

Of course if you are driving,

Please keep your eyes open Become aware of your body Without judging Your body because that's what most of us do.

Yes.

We we either judge a Feeling inside or we judge the appearance of the body Rather than falling into those thoughts move your awareness through your body Feel the weight of your body and Whatever you're sitting on supporting you so like you can just start to sink into this seat if you're seated Without Changing the breath notice what's happening in your breathing is your breath slow is it fast?

Is it shallow deep?

Is it kind of ragged or does it feel smooth?

Now Let's consciously deepen the breath together as you inhale feel your belly your ribs and your chest Expanding like your torso is a balloon or a beach ball and as you exhale feel the air Leaving your body as everything softens back in toward the midline Inhale belly ribs chest expand Exhale feel the body relaxing and we're really slowing the breath down here Inhale slowly and deeply Exhale slowly and completely Let that exhalation be really long relax the jaw inhale slowly Deeply feel the torso expanding Exhale slowly take your time Don't take three more breaths like this relax the shoulders the hands the feet Exhale slowly Inhale Exhale slowly relax your mouth your tongue your lips Final breath like this together As you've completed this long slow exhalation Take a moment to just relax and be still feel your body relaxing softening I Notice if there's any clenching through your face your throat belly hands arms Let's see if we can consciously release that clenching I'll take one more breath together And when you're ready slowly open the eyes How does that feel?

Just taking a moment to pause and to arrive here All right So gratitude Gratitude Why is gratitude?

Such an important Peace when it comes to manifesting We've been speaking about this in our last session well,

Let's see our first session We spoke about the power of the mind and we really became aware of how our focus Is really creating so much of what we experience in our lives not just as an idea or a theory Based in energy or awareness,

But also we we dove into a little bit of neuroscience understanding the brain's role in how we manifest in a very We just touched on it and then in our last session our second session we practiced the bringing Everything together.

So not only the awareness of the mind but also practice Writing down practicing writing down that which we are wanting practicing focusing on it writing down becoming aware of how we speak about what we're wanting speak about our lives and bringing all of those Behaviors together as a way to be the powerful creators that we are because we are all Creating we are all manifesting our lives each moment each day The thing is many of us are not aware of it.

Yes For anyone who's joining for the first time today,

Or maybe this is just a new topic for you We are creating our life experience by way of our focus our attention You and I could be sitting side by side right now looking at the exact same thing and it's very possible Even likely that we will see this thing differently We all perceive the world differently.

Therefore our perception is really It is it is how we are Experiencing the world around us.

So if I'm always focused on Not liking something in my life or feeling like something's wrong or missing that is how I'm experiencing the world around me So today we're going to focus on how gratitude is this key element When it comes to really creating what we want we've touched on this and many of you are familiar with this as well that everything in creation is Vibrating everything is vibrating.

It's not just a you know,

Positive vibes only thing or some new-age idea about Vibration everything is literally vibrating you can measure the vibration of different objects and even things that are intangible Do you know that you can actually measure the electromagnetic field around your heart and your brain and your organs?

So much that we can't see Exists and we even have ways of measuring it including this vibration that everything has including us we are each vibrating and We've we touched on this last time a little bit and we'll dive into it more in our next session this law of resonance And we could even take it a little further than law of attraction or look at it a little differently than the law of attraction the law of resonance meaning the Vibration that I am living inside of is naturally drawing to me There's a resonance with other things around me That have that same vibration So it's not just this idea of pulling things to us when we think of law of attraction attracting things to us It's also the law of resonance where I am vibrating is what I'm what I'm drawing to me what I'm resonating with in my life How many of you here?

I'm laughing because like this is just like the life story of so many of us including myself.

We say things like I want the most beautiful Loving relationship.

I want my soulmate whatever we might say We we have this deep desire to attract something but what we experience Coming into our reality isn't what we're saying we want and then we blame on the outside Yeah,

We often blame the outside we blame somebody else or something else for why we're not getting what we want in our lives But it's the law of resonance What I am resonating is what I'm attracting Another example.

I might say things like I am a money magnet.

I Am I I am so rich I'm so rich I'm so rich maybe I have these kind of affirmations that I say But inside my feeling space still says I don't have enough I don't know how I'm gonna pay for this Nothing good ever happens for me We I'm holding old belief systems like money doesn't grow on trees.

You have to work hard for money This is my vibration This is how I'm vibrating and those kinds of thoughts usually have us vibrating in a kind of a more contracted way We're we're not as expanded as we are when we have other types of thoughts or belief systems happening inside So even though I'm saying things like I am rich and and I'm a money magnet what the vibration The resonance inside of me is still saying I don't believe that's possible It's not going to happen.

It's too difficult and This isn't for us to judge ourselves or to think that there's something wrong with us.

This is all about awareness.

I Invite you wholeheartedly right here as you are if you find yourself caught in negative thinking It's all good.

Give yourself a break here We're here to support each other and to open our minds or maybe to deepen knowledge and wisdom that we already have inside Each of us has this knowledge and wisdom inside.

I believe that without a doubt.

It is our birthright It's who we are what I'm sharing with you right now is not something new and it's something that is In it's in innately within each of us We know this but we've forgotten it.

We've forgotten it We are abundant beings by nature in all all regards So,

However,

You think whatever you're feeling whatever is going on for you,

I welcome you here This is a space that is not just positive vibes only it's all vibes All vibes are welcome here because this is how we learn together.

This is how we grow together and Different feelings different days different thoughts different days.

It's just part of being human So thank you for being here just as you are with whatever is going on inside So gratitude is a very powerful practice to to create a certain vibration inside to create our field to be vibrating in a certain way and Before we go more into that.

I'd like to give us an experience So I invite you to close the eyes Of course again,

If you're doing something like operating heavy machinery,

Please keep your eyes open But if you are able to close your eyes Take a breath Whatever is happening in the mind is okay bring your awareness to your breath And I invite you to really Give yourself a chance to experience our practices today I know some of you are kind of more voyeurs you you you just want to watch and kind of Drop in and out.

I Invite you to try the experiences the practices today if you if you choose So right now I invite you to start thinking about the things that you want in your life You don't have to apply any of the teachings about manifestation.

Just think about what you're wanting Maybe you're wanting a different job a change some Somewhere in your life your relationship your finances your friendships Maybe you want your body to be different Maybe you want to go someplace just think about some things that you're wanting in your life And just let your mind go,

You know anything could seem small could seem big What do you want?

What do you deserve?

Could seem small could seem big.

What do you want?

What do you desire?

And as you're thinking about these things that you desire I invite you to become aware of how you're feeling inside No judgment,

Just notice how you're feeling Do you feel?

Heavy light expanded contracted just notice how you feel thinking about what you want And now let's take a breath Open the eyes And with this awareness just kind of notice how your body feels notice Any emotions that might be present and in general?

And there's no right answer here in general notice after thinking about all these things that I want Do I feel more free?

Do I feel lighter?

Do I feel open or do I maybe feel more contracted heavy tight?

Do I feel like there's something missing from my life just kind of notice and then drop in the chat for me?

Because there's such a delay maybe just drop something a short few words in the chat after this experience What do you feel?

Do you feel more open and excited and free?

Do you feel more heavy?

And and maybe also right in the chat Are you more aware of all of the things that you don't have?

There's no right way to have this experience But there's a purpose to this contracted sad Some sense of being free or fearless Shoulders started to ache A sad fear.

So even though we have some different experiences here For most of us.

Well,

Let's just take a breath.

Let's take a breath and put your hands on your heart for a moment Let's take a deep breath Ah,

Yeah,

I see someone I feel the absence of the things that I want Yeah,

Another breath just slow everything down All right So this my friends is the space that many of us Manifest from This is the space that many of us are creating from We create We think about what we want.

We think about our desires we even set goals from this place inside of lack Of feeling that there's something wrong of feeling that there's something missing When we move into our creation mode,

We are in the emotional space the resonance the vibration Of something's wrong or missing Drop an emoji if you if you're if you're starting to get this when we when we start to create set goals when we You know think about manifesting it usually begins not for everyone here and I acknowledge that because Some of you share different things some of you have different practices but for many of us that place is coming from Something's missing.

Let's make something better.

Something's wrong.

Let's change something So if I if again coming back to this idea of the law of resonance if I am living inside the space of Something's missing something's lacking something's wrong If i'm considering that vibration has a resonance What kind of vibration am I am I going to be resonating with I might say this is my goal But i'm living inside of this other experience inside.

So what do you think i'm resonating with in my life?

Am I resonating with my ideal goal or am I resonating?

With something that is a mirror To what it is that i'm feeling We are resonating With that which is within us And therefore that is what we are resonating with outside of us So Again,

One of the most powerful key components in creating what we want is using gratitude To shift that vibration to shift what's happening inside So that we can have a different experience and I know some of you are saying How do you expect me to shift all of my beliefs and my conditioning?

And all this painful stuff that's happened to me.

How do you expect me to just let it go and move on?

I'm,

Not here to ask that of you So don't worry,

Yes,

We can use so many fantastic Avenues methods To serve us to support us in cleaning house inside We can work with qualified professionals to support us working through trauma Or we can work with people to help us retrain our minds and our conditioning.

Yes all of these pathways are invaluable in our evolution Yet we don't need For everything to be gone and clear and good and happy to start creating now So that being said I invite you to take out your um What you have to write on and if you came a little late Please have something to write on and write with as opposed to typing something Please have some paper a journal pen pencil So i'm going to play some music again And I invite you actually why don't we just take a moment?

We'll close the eyes for just a moment here Take a deep breath And place your hands on your heart Feel your heart beating Feel your body breathing Let's take a moment to Be grateful for this body No matter how much we judge this body as being Wrong or different or missing something?

This body is what is allowing us to be here right now to to have a life To see hear taste feel smell the beauty of life So let us take a moment to just be grateful to the body This precious vessel Exquisite Vessel And I think of a time in your life that brings you great gratitude And I invite you to think of something that is only a grateful memory sometimes we have those memories that have a mixture of emotions so Think of a time that you can feel really grateful for it doesn't matter if it was a long time ago And if you're feeling really funky today and it feels difficult to access gratitude I invite you to to at least bring to mind moments that you know,

You feel grateful for Even if you can't fully feel it So And start to really remember this moment that you can feel grateful for in detail Like you can breathe it in right now like it's happening again feel it in your heart breathe deeply And feel your body starting to relax As you allow yourself to feel gratitude And I think of a person Who you feel really grateful for?

Maybe someone who brings a sense of beauty to your life or You feel really loved by or safe with or held by Maybe somebody who brings lots of joy and laughter to your life think of someone That lights you up You light up just to think of this person could be anyone And welcome this feeling of gratitude or whatever feelings are arising in your heart Whatever feelings are arising in your heart Feel your heart softening So feel your chest relaxing And now think of one more person or experience in your life that you feel truly grateful for So Breathe that into your heart remember This moment or think of this person as if they're right next to you think of this moment as if it's happening again right now Feel those feelings in your body your your heart What made this such a beautiful moment or what makes this person such a gift in your life So And now let's take a breath Ah slowly open the eyes Take out your paper and your writing utensil Pen or pencil or whatever you're using And just start to write down any and all grateful thoughts If you were here last session We had a little practice with this so just start to write down Anything and everything and everyone?

That you feel grateful for and whatever emotions are coming up,

Okay,

Whatever release is happening.

It's okay Just start to write down everyone everything you feel grateful for and look around you for a moment.

Let's just pause If you're already writing just take a pause and look around you Look at life around you look at your space around you.

Look at your your body Your body How grateful are you to be able to see What a gift it is to be able to see the world to see the people you love What around you is reminding you in this moment of gratitude not because you should feel grateful But because you really get it So that there are things to be so grateful for right here in this moment And now Write write every grateful thought that is coming to mind And when you write down a person that you feel grateful for Write down why you feel grateful for them and feel that inside If you're writing down a memory write it down really remembering how beautiful it was tender precious funny freeing Really go for it my friends and breathe deeply Gratitude gratitude breathe keep writing And if it feels good you can write I am grateful for or you can just write down every grateful moment in thought And right now we're not writing down what we want to manifest just for clarification in case anyone's unclear we're just writing down Everything we're grateful for in our lives I'm grateful for you Welcome kelvin.

We're inside of a gratitude exercise right now So write down everything in your life Every person every memory every experience that you feel grateful for And we'll be here for a couple more minutes So just keep going go it could be something big.

It could be something small gratitude for anything And with each grateful thought And with each grateful thought feel that gratitude waking up inside welcome that feeling of gratitude So keep writing What are you grateful for who are you grateful for So breathe deeply into your heart So All right,

Go ahead and start to finish up whatever you're writing Open your arms when you're ready Oh and just breathe open your chest.

Come on open your shoulders open your chest if you can move your body If you can't move your body,

You can just start to breathe deeply but create some space Create some space Take a moment You can close the eyes set down your writing utensils if you're still holding it them maybe And just notice how you feel inside No judgment here.

We really are addicted and attached to feeling good But I should say we're attached to feeling good.

Maybe not addicted to it.

We're more addicted to the other other feelings But just notice how you feel Do you feel any different?

Than you did before this practice Remember before we became aware with are we feeling heavy or light contracted or expanded?

Are we feeling more open or closed?

Constricted or free do you feel any different now than you did before?

And if you're not feeling any different that's okay that's okay sometimes we are working through our stuff yeah i'm seeing though that uh Many of the many of the things here being shared Is the awareness of a feeling of being more open being more calm?

Being just more connected to lighter emotional experiences.

Yes And this is the gift of gratitude We don't you know We were reflecting on all of the things that we want and desire and many of us felt kind of sad or Like something was wrong We don't have those things It's not like the things that we want are all of a sudden right here and maybe they are maybe you really wanted to feel Joy or peace and you're feeling that but it's not like the thing outside changed That shifted our state the thing inside changed the focus of the mind Changed the emotional experience that we were creating through our focus Shifted the chemicals being released from our brain into our bodies shifted because of our attention and our focus And gratitude in particular is a very high vibrational emotion and for anyone who um Some of you have heard me share this before but for me There's no such thing as good or bad vibrations For me,

There's no such thing as good or bad vibration.

It's not like oh joy and gratitude Or high vibration and they're the good Vibrations and anger and shame and resentment are the and fear.

They're the low bad vibrations.

No,

No No,

It's just a spectrum It's just a spectrum And you could say the lower vibrations are they're they're slower.

They're heavier And the higher vibrations they're faster.

They're lighter.

It's not about good or bad our judgments Label them as good or bad because we're so attached to feeling good But there's no good or bad here.

It's just experience.

It's just frequency.

It's just vibration When we are in a lighter vibration we naturally feel more expanded And for most of us that's what we're wanting.

We're wanting to feel more expanded The lighter we feel the more expanded we feel the more receptive we are the more relaxed we are and The easier it is to be in an emotional space That is resonating with that which we're actually wanting Rather than being in that emotional space of I don't have any need I don't have enough something's wrong.

Something's bad this contracted closed unavailable space I Mean this open space I'm in this ah more expanded space Where the emotions that I'm cultivating and feeling in this moment are a match For what I'm wanting in my life Can you see how how taking a moment to just?

Bring up these feelings of lightness and gratitude and whatever else that you're feeling in this more expanded state that these emotions are more of a resonance for that Dream job or that horse or that car or that relationship that you're wanting?

This state that you've created through this short experience is More of a match for the things that you're wanting in your life So this is why gratitude is such a key because when we get kind of just caught inside of our our You know doom and gloom mindsets about something's scarcity mindsets We are not only living in those feelings that don't feel Supportive or maybe they make us feel very small and tight and like we can't create what we want But then we're also we're also resonating with that in our environment So gratitude can help to shift To shift that internal state to shift our focus So we are resonating with that which we are wanting And I'd also love to hear from you can you see How gratitude is this key ingredient?

To being the creator to you are the creator to creating what you're wanting Can you see how gratitude is a key ingredient when it comes to creating what you're actually wanting Gratitude definitely helps us to move through worries It actually changes what's happening in the brain even when we're when we're caught in thoughts about fear and worry and Focusing on you know,

Worst-case scenarios in future thinking which is all just fantasy.

It's really just fantasy No matter how much you think something's for sure going to happen.

It's not happening right now.

Therefore it is a fantasy in our minds But see that's the thing The brain doesn't discern between that fantasy and reality That's why when we watch a movie and we get really into the movie it's as if we are the main character It's as if we are the character in the movie that we resonate the most with Because our brain is almost like interpreting that movie as us That's why you can be in a movie and go or you know You can be like,

You know you can be like,

You know,

You can have these strong emotional experiences watching something on TV because You're almost experiencing it as you the brain doesn't discern between something that's real and Something that you're making up in your mind.

It's responding to it as if it's happening for many things so naturally if I'm focusing on fantasies of Scary things or just scary things that are happening around me real time my body is releasing those stress hormones I Feel more contracted and the more that I think about those scary things the more that my body is my physiology is responding And it's it caught in that loop So gratitude can actually shift the chemical is being released from the brain they can shift our emotional state and They can help us feel a little more empowered to shift our mindset Because for many of us between our conditioning and our brains designed to keep us safe negativity bias because of these factors many of us get caught in loops of negative thinking and It's just habit It's the way we live our lives we get caught in the thoughts about how something's wrong or missing and we just get stuck there I had an experience the other day I was feeling hormonal and I was feeling emotional and I was thinking about how I you know,

I might have not upset someone but maybe kind of like Rubbed someone the wrong way or gave them the wrong impression and I was in this really sensitive state where I was already feeling kind of like Alone and feeling some of those loneliness feelings coming up and just a little sad and I was in my car in the Whole Foods Parking lot.

It's just crying that seems to be one of my crying places lately the Whole Foods parking lot anyway so here I am crying in the Whole Foods parking lot and I was aware in that moment That some of what I was thinking was just speculation.

Maybe most of what I was thinking was speculation This is a thing We all have these stories these narratives that we tell ourselves about people in the world and we think they're true But most of the time they're not or they're skewed they're not what's actually happening and we make ourselves suffer tremendously So I'm sitting in the car I'm crying and my mind is in this loop about how I should this is wrong or I shouldn't have done that Or this whole sad story and that sad story and I'm aware that it's doing it But it feels so real and then all of a sudden I just really became present To how much my mind was just like taking me for a joyride and it's not the mind It's the habits of the mind,

But these habits were taking me and my joy for a not joyride Yeah,

And so I stopped I said,

Okay,

I've just got to stop this So I stopped myself in my tracks,

Which is not easy in those moments because it's like we're hijacked You know,

The nervous is nervous system is responding.

The brain is responding.

The habits are responding in the physiology.

I consciously chose to stop feeding those thoughts and I immediately shifted my mindset and I said,

You know,

I said something like,

You know I am I'm bringing my community to me,

You know Cuz I'm I'm living in a place right now where I haven't established myself as of yet and saying it's you know,

Kovat So it's not there's a lot of community stuff happening in person So I'm not I don't have a strong group of people I spend time with and I missed that and I and I can so nourish By that so I just started to say to myself in that moment,

You know,

I you know,

Like I'm calling in my soul family I'm you know,

Whatever it was like I'm so attracted to my people and they're attracted to me We see each other and I walk into the store and like literally like boom I run into this person that I had seen At dance class who was just a really bright spirit and we talked about hanging out sometime But it was just like that like boom and I can tell you you might say oh,

Well,

That's just coincidence Selena Sure,

It could be coincidence but what I would rat what I would say here is that Whether you think of it as coincidence or not if I hadn't shifted my mindset in that moment To be more in the vibration and way of thinking of what I was wanting rather than all of that scarcity I would have sat in my car and cried longer or called somebody to cry to And I would have missed that interaction because that person wouldn't have been in the same place at the same time if I hadn't gone in right when I did and the other thing is I Initiated the conversation about spending time together,

Which was very well received and if I hadn't been in that mindset If I am open to creating community,

I might have seen that person But I might have felt too shy or too tender in that moment to put myself out there So you could say things like this or coincidences in our lives We can also say it is the law of resonance It is the power of our focus and we all have that within us.

It's who we are We are powerfully creating our realities constantly every moment.

We are creating our lives If you want to experience more gratitude in your life Maybe you feel terrible you feel depressed You don't feel connected to any gratitude in your life if you want to experience more gratitude express Gratitude in your life.

I promise you this is a hack here.

This is a life hack.

This is a pro tip express gratitude go to someone you feel grateful for share your gratitude with them if Somebody's done something even if it seems really small or insignificant express your gratitude So this is the thing we're waiting for experiences in our lives to make us feel a certain way.

Oh,

I want I want that vacation so I can feel peace.

I want that relationship so I can feel love I want that adventure so I can feel joy None of those things outside of us put the feeling inside there The relationship doesn't put love in me.

It wakes it up The adventure doesn't put joy in me it wakes it up Yes,

All of those feelings that we're longing for are already right here So when we express them when we find ways to express them in our lives we get to feel them Regardless of what is happening in our reality regardless of what is happening around us so if you want something find ways to express it rather than trying to get it from someplace else and Gratitude is a great example of this the more that we focus on gratitude the more we feel that gratitude the more we express Gratitude to others the more we feel that gratitude.

It's just natural it bubbles up It awakens within us and it becomes a habit See,

This is the thing most of us live in habits of scarcity Something's wrong.

I'm not good enough.

I'm not enough all of these old ways of thinking and Seeing ourselves in the world old patterns.

We learn them from our families They're generational Those are the habit for many of us So it might not feel easy at first to shift in these habits of gratitude However,

The more you practice being grateful For everything anything and everything the more you will feel it truly authentically not because you should and I'll just say from personal experience sometimes to feel gratitude.

I first need to let myself feel the pain That I'm repressing in a healthy safe way Sometimes I feel so depressed and it's not What I think it is it's because I feel disconnected from myself It's because I'm not letting myself feel some anger that might not have to do with anything,

But it's just there Or maybe there's just such a tenderness or a sadness and I'm not letting myself feel it because my mind is trying to think its Way out of it But when I find ways to just let myself feel and release whatever emotional burden I'm carrying.

I'm free to have a new experience So for me sometimes accessing gratitude means feeling the deep tenderness That I feel that's kind of covering all of that gratitude.

I Hear you Philippa.

I hear you my love Absolutely,

And it's okay.

Sometimes you just got to place your hand on your heart and say it's okay It's okay.

It's okay to feel like crap today It's okay to feel angry.

It's okay to feel sad.

It's okay to feel like something's wrong and missing.

It's okay Sometimes we need to sit with ourselves and just say it's okay because otherwise we're just trying to Constantly force ourselves to be other than we are and there's no compassion and that there's no room to breathe in that Yeah,

Yeah Yeah,

Tammy sometimes we just we just feel rough and that's okay It's not always about flipping it to a positive Sometimes we just seem to hold those parts of us And just do our best to be kind to be tenders To just welcome welcome those parts of us I want to leave us with an awareness of how we can use gratitude to create.

So oops.

That's not what I meant to do.

Um One thing We've started this last time have a gratitude and a manifestation journal So if you weren't here last time This is a fantastic way to start to train our minds and our whole beings to create more of what we're wanting.

So Have a journal and ideally like an actual physical something you can write in.

Yes,

And and write down every day Maybe three Maximum of ten things that you feel grateful for in your life.

It could be something really seemingly insignificant Write down three to ten things that you feel grateful for in your life right now in this moment And then next to that or below that or on the next page write down three maybe maximum of ten things That you feel grateful for creating and write it down as if it's already happening So maybe my gratitude section I write down.

I'm so grateful for my beautiful family.

I'm so grateful for my beloved Saima I'm so grateful to live in a beautiful place.

I write down these things I feel grateful for and I really feel it as much as I can in my heart and Then I'm writing down the things I'm grateful for creating from manifesting and I write them as if they're already part of my life I am so grateful that I am serving millions of people all around the planet I am so grateful that I am in perfect vibrant vital health I am so grateful that I live in my dream home.

And of course when it comes to creating what we want Being really specific is really helpful because that's also what helps to train the brain to create for us So be really specific Feel those good feelings as if it's already happening and you can also just wake up in the day.

It's called grand rising ritual and It's a great thing to listen to when you're waking up in the day It's something I've been practicing for years in my life And it's just a nice way to kind of set your mindset to gratitude As you start your day and feel those good feelings as you begin the day All right,

My loves I love you so I'm so grateful for this time together Thank you so much for joining us Let us really take away this Experience today of how when we are in a certain frequency that lack frequency that feeling like oh something's wrong Something's missing when we go to create from that place We're creating from that energy and will only draw to us You will only resonate with that same vibration of lack and scarcity So we uplift our vibration we uplift our emotional experiences.

We shift minds by focusing on gratitude and then Creating that which we're wanting consciously creating that which we're wanting So I thank you.

Thank you, that was a great reminder! I was regularly practicing saying gratitude affirmations. Then my husband was diagnosed with stage 3 melanoma and I felt like it was all pointless and stupid so I quit. He had his operation and recently had a full body scan and is now cancer free. He’s also changed his diet, started exercising and is feeling very grateful. I realized all the worry and stress we felt wasn’t helpful. Now I’m back to feeling grateful and when I say my affirmations out loud by myself or in my head, I feel so overwhelming grateful it makes me tear up and my heart swell with such joy!
