Oh my precious one,
You are right where you are meant to be.
It's okay to stop fighting.
It's okay.
Let's take a breath together.
Inhale and exhale.
It's okay.
It's okay to feel everything that's coming up.
It's okay to feel wrong or right.
It's okay to feel ashamed or righteous.
It's okay to feel angry or sad or disappointed.
It's okay to feel lost.
It's all okay.
It's okay.
Let's take another breath.
Feel your body.
When it feels like life is overflowing with challenges or often caught in the chaos of the mind.
So let's feel the body.
Breathe deeply.
The mind may take us into the future worrying about what could happen or into the past thinking about what has happened or our interpretation of it.
But the body is always right here.
Feel your body seated.
Feel your hips heavy,
Your legs.
Feel your feet.
Feel your hips.
Feel your feet.
As you inhale,
Feel your belly,
Your ribs and your chest expand.
And as you exhale,
Feel your whole torso relaxing.
Whatever you're feeling in this moment is okay.
It's so easy to feel overwhelmed,
Isn't it?
Overwhelmed with responsibilities or trying to solve the problems that we perceive in our lives.
It's easy to feel downhearted or like we're not really sure what to do to make things any better.
It's okay.
Let's just take another breath.
Right now in this moment,
There's nothing to figure out.
Right now in this moment,
Can you just be with yourself,
All of yourself,
Every thought,
Every feeling and take another breath?
You deserve all of the goodness of life.
You deserve love.
You deserve peace.
You deserve the abundance of riches of all kinds of life.
You deserve harmony,
Enjoyment,
Vibrant health.
You deserve everything beautiful this life has to offer.
Sometimes where we get lost is blaming others for us not experiencing what we want or blaming ourselves feeling that we've done something wrong or there's something not right or good enough about us.
Let's take another breath.
The breath can be like a reset button.
Rather than blaming others or blaming ourselves,
Let's become aware of what we're really wanting.
Underneath feelings of resentment or judgment or blame,
Underneath feelings of fear or scarcity.
What do you really want?
Do you want peace?
Do you want freedom to just feel alive,
Present,
Love?
We spend so much time focusing on what we feel isn't right or going well or isn't working right.
We focus so much on what we think is missing from our lives or what we think is problematic that we naturally get caught in these ways of thinking and feeling that don't bring us the results that we're wanting.
So underneath any pain or discord you might be feeling inside right now,
What are you really wanting?
And if you feel this sense of pain or discord directed toward another,
What is it that you're really wanting in that connection to feel seen,
Safe,
Loved?
If we go even deeper,
We would probably find that whatever we're wanting from another person is what we are truly wanting from ourselves.
If you wish,
Place your hands over your heart for a moment,
Breathe deeply into your heart.
And now slowly move your hands so that one hand cups the other.
And place your hands,
Palms facing upward next to your lower abdomen.
And if you can't move your body,
You can imagine placing your upturned hands at the base of your abdomen.
Your hands are like a bowl.
Allow yourself to feel whatever is coming up inside.
Anger,
Fear,
Sadness,
Frustration,
Disappointment,
Jealousy,
Whatever is there,
Feel it inside of your body without judging it,
Without trying to make it go away or change.
And now imagine,
Feel this emotional energy pooling in your hands.
Feel this emotional energy in your hands and the weight of it.
And now very mindfully,
Very slowly,
Begin to lift your hands,
Palms still facing upward,
Up toward your heart.
Take your time.
Feel this emotional energy in your hands.
And once you reach your heart center,
Pause here for a moment.
Imagine that your heart is this light as bright as the sun,
Vibrant as the sun.
And slowly pour all of this emotional energy in your hands into your heart as you place your palms over your heart center.
Feel this light of your heart.
See in your mind's eye that all of this feeling is being held in this light of the heart.
You're not trying to make it go away.
You're just allowing it to be held in the heart.
And you may feel that this emotional energy begins to dissipate or even dissolve in this light of the heart.
Breathe deeply.
Be grateful to yourself.
Grateful for this moment of pause,
Of presence,
Of compassion for your own self.
Slowly bring your cupped hands back to your lower abdomen,
Palms facing upward.
And again,
Feel any emotional energy in your body begin to pool in your hands.
Maybe you wish to name this energy or maybe you just feel it like a weight or a vibration or an intensity in your hands.
And now let us again very slowly with awareness,
Feel this energy in your hands.
Lift your cupped hands up toward your heart.
Pause for a moment at your heart center and feel or see that your heart space is this vibrant light,
This sun of light.
And then slowly pour all of this emotional energy into the light of your heart.
Place your palms over your heart center and feel,
See this light just welcoming all of this emotional pain and discomfort.
Just welcoming all of you,
Every part of you into this light of the heart.
Breathe into your heart.
Breathe into this connection with your own self,
This precious moment in your relationship with you.
Pause for a moment.
You can use this practice as often as you like and as many times as you like.
Be with yourself,
Be with all parts of you rather than unconsciously rejecting what we don't want to feel or getting so focused on what seems wrong or missing or problematic that we miss the deeper desire.
Take this time to be with yourself and to really give yourself what you're needing,
An opportunity for presence,
For peace,
For compassion,
Forgiveness,
Healing.
Thank you so much for sharing this sacred space with me today,
This sacred space of the heart and learning to love ourselves.
I love you so.
Thank you for being in my life.
Blessings.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
