Seiso Sensei provides instructions for preparing for practice that he describes as "Keys". They include, posture, breath, attitude and actual practice.

Excellent and clear instruction on how to use nothing but sitting with the timer for your future meditations. I've been looking for something to inspire a more simple and "pure" meditation practice grounded in ancient traditions. The talking on different meditation tracks is feeling like a distraction when my goal is to calm the mind. Thank you for this good simple instruction!
