Thank you for joining me on this menstrual moon cycle meditation.
I welcome you to find a position for your body at this time.
Allow yourself the most ease and comfort.
Take your time.
Adjusting your body to what feels right in this moment.
Feel free to lie down.
Maybe even gently roll to a side and then with ease and awareness softly place your hands in your belly and breathe into this space.
Sometimes for a more soothing,
Warming sensation,
I like to create a little friction with my hands by rubbing them together and then placing them gently back onto my belly.
From there I take a few more breaths in and out through the nose.
In and out.
In and out.
Focusing on the belly area.
Noticing the gentle rise and fall.
Allowing your body to be present in this moment.
Gently and kindly accepting all that is you right now.
Settling here in this space.
This nurturing,
Loving space.
Allowing the hands to softly caress your belly and pelvic region.
Maybe even stopping for a moment just to breathe in this space where your hands lay.
Noticing how it feels to physically release in abundance what no longer serves you.
Letting mother nature take hold of your internal universe just for a moment.
Citing space for nurturing and healing from within.
Say thank you to your belly.
Say I love you and trust your process.
I see you.
I am here with you.
You are safe in this space.
I honor you.
I give you permission to rest,
Reset,
And renew.
Take some gentle breaths here for a moment at your own pace.
Breathing in through your nose and slowly out through the mouth.
Breathing in,
I am aware of my in breath.
Breathing out,
I am aware of my out breath.
As you breathe in,
Think I honor my in breath.
As you breathe out,
Say I honor my out breath.
