It's so easy to focus on all the things we don't have and to begin the day in lack, rather than abundance. This beautiful practice is a great way to start your day. To ground in gratitude before anything else. We'll fill our whole body with the feeling of gratitude and start the day on a positive note.

Welcome into this beautiful gratitude meditation to really feel your body with that feeling of gratitude before you start your day.

So take a moment before the rush of the day begins and we're going to take a moment here just to arrive and just take a deep breather.

So beginning to take a deep breath in through your nose and then allowing yourself to deeply breathe out through your mouth allowing yourself to let go of any tension any stress just feeling into your body and just seeing if you can soften your body almost imagining softening ourselves before we harden to the day this is a practice where we can stay and choose to stay in our energy in our softness in our gratitude in that place where we stay in such a positive vibration and just beginning to feel into how much good already surrounds you so just feeling into that just sense in there of the good that already surrounds you so easily we're focused on all the things we don't have everything that we're wanting that's more but you're likely forgetting all the things you already have the things that perhaps you a few years ago would have wanted or perhaps another person who doesn't have the things you have would be wanting.

Slow deep breaths in and out your belly rising and falling your shoulders dropping softening your jaw softening your heart allowing the heart to really open opening more now with gratitude this sense of saying thank you this vibration of giving thanks this real knowing that life is supporting you even in the smallest of ways and as you continue to breathe beginning to bring three things to your mind if you can simple things that you're grateful for today can be as much as something you've had to drink this morning food you're going to eat today a person in your life that you love the softness of your bed last night an experience that you've had that you're so grateful for and allowing yourself to really feel into that gratitude feel it in your whole body feeling that warmth in your chest a softness in your belly that feeling of feeling already filled up filled up in a positive way not feeling desperate not grasping not needing more but feeling as though you're filled up that satisfying feeling as though you've just eaten a meal or you feel perfectly full and anything that comes later is a bonus and just repeating now the affirmations so you can say this out loud or in your own mind thank you for this new day thank you for the people i love and those who love me thank you for all the lessons that have shaped me thank you for the peace the growth and the unseen blessings that are still on their way now the deep breath in imagining a soft golden light expanding from your heart seeing if you can feel your whole body and then allowing this golden light this gratitude to now fill your home and then imagining that light radiating out into your whole day ahead this frequency of gratitude it's calm it's trusting it's magnetic remember that you don't have to chase anything when you begin your day you already have enough you're already aligned with everything that's in your highest good allowing yourself to maybe just take a gentle smile feeling into that and when you're ready maybe just rolling your shoulders back blinking your eyes open calming back to the space you're in and beginning your day with so much love and so much gratitude you're going to attract so many positive things in this energy
