Hello friends and welcome.
In this session we're going to be doing what I call the ABC meditation.
We're literally going to go through the ABCs,
Through the alphabet,
And we're going to breathe in something that we want.
We're going to breathe in something that we want to manifest or that we want to possess and we're going to breathe out something that we want to let go of,
Something that we want to release,
Something that we just want to dissolve.
So we do that in this process or just continue breathing in and out very similar to like a zen breath or a recentering breath.
Just continue breathing at your own speed.
The intention of going through the alphabet does two things.
One thing that it does,
It allows you to come back to focus.
So if you're having problems with stress or anxiety or anything else like that,
This can help bring you back into state,
Back into being present and back into the current moment.
It's also going to help you just maintain your focus and think about something.
So this list is,
I did write this down,
So it's going to flow pretty quickly.
But when I do this practice with myself,
When I'm in those moments that I do need to settle myself and just come back to being present and bring my focus back,
Focus on the present moment rather than all of the thoughts that are currently running wild in my mind,
It does take a little longer because I do have to come back to what letter am I on,
Where am I at,
What am I breathing in,
What am I letting go of,
What am I breathing out.
So this is going to flow a lot smoother than it will for yourself.
So when you do this practice with yourself,
Just be mindful of that and give yourself some grace.
All right,
Friends,
Coming into your space,
We'll go ahead and begin the practice.
So as I said,
We'll breathe in what we want and we'll breathe out what we want to let go of.
So inhaling the manifestation,
Exhaling what we need to let go of.
Coming into your place,
Coming into your breath,
You're welcome to choose whatever words come up for you,
Or you can use the words that I'm saying.
And in the future,
Perhaps you'll take the time and write your own list out and make this very personal for yourself.
Coming into your breath,
We'll begin with a breathing in acceptance,
Breathing out anxiety,
Breathing in balance,
Breathing out betrayal,
Breathing in compassion,
Breathing out contempt,
Breathing in delight,
Breathing out depression,
Breathing in energy,

Continuing to breathe,
Maybe slowing down your breathing just a little bit,
Accepting all of those words that we just received in and all of those words and everything attached with them that we just breathed out,
Continuing to breathe in all of the things that we just took in and breathing out all of the things that we just let go of.
As you continue breathing and going through this process,
I encourage you to come back anytime to the simple meditation,
The ABC meditation,
Where you can remember your ABCs and bring in a little bit of what you need and let go of a little bit of what you need to release.
And I hope that's helpful for you.
I look forward to our next session together.
Stay well,
Friends.
