Get yourself into a nice,
Comfy seated position,
Somewhere where you'll be able to sit with your arms on your knees or your legs,
On the side of you.
Closing the eyes if it's comfortable,
Just keeping the gaze down low if it's not,
And let's just focus on the breath.
So we're breathing in and out through the nostrils.
Nice long,
Deep inhales and exhales.
And this is just going to allow us to become a bit more centered,
A bit more present in the body before we start making some sounds.
Let's see if we can drop the shoulders down and loosen around that body part.
So we tend to keep a lot of tension in this area.
Give yourself a little bit of movement.
If that feels good,
Take your neck forward and at the side.
Doing everything that just feels nice,
And then coming back to stillness.
So OM is the sound of the universe.
It's a seed syllable mantra,
And it connects us all.
It's a prime mantra of the higher self.
So just allow that to settle into the body.
So you're going to be working deep.
But also it's connecting us with the divine,
Connecting us with everybody and everything around us on this planet and into the universe.
It's really good for moving stuck energy around the body.
So instead of OM,
It's OM.
And what we need to do is we're focused on the A sound right down into the tummy.
The U sound is around the chest,
And the M sound,
We close the lips and we get the vibrations into the head.
So we're going to do three all together.
Let's have a nice deep breath in.
OM And again.
OM Last one.
OM And whenever we finish our OM,
Let's take a nice deep breath in and just see what is happening in the body.
So I can notice that my heart is racing a little bit and I can feel it in my throat chakra and down into my solar plexus.
So let's just briefly go through where the chakras are.
The root one is right down at the bottom.
You can think about it being right at the bottom of the spine,
But it's coming all the way through the body.
That's your root chakra.
And then moving up,
And it's about three centimetres underneath the belly.
That's your sacral.
And then about three centimetres above the belly button,
That's your solar plexus.
Then we've got the heart,
We've got the throat,
We've got the third eye,
And we've got the crown of the head.
Another couple of deep breaths.
Now you might have noticed then that you waited for me to do the next OM.
And what I'd like you to do is get into a steady rhythm.
So deep breath in,
OM in,
Focusing on three stages of vibrations and the three sounds.
And once you finish that OM,
Take a nice deep breath.
Don't bother about what I'm doing.
And then again.
So we're going to do it 10 times this time.
So you might want to just have your fingers counting.
Don't worry.
You really just want to focus on how the sound and the sensation are keep track.
I'm going to be a little bit annoying,
And I'm going to mute myself.
OK,
So I want you to really focus on how these feel in your body.
It's not about what they sound like,
It's what they feel like.
Remembering this A sound in the belly,
And the OO sound coming in the chest,
And the M sound when you close the lips,
You're going to get a vibration in the head.
If you think about the chakras,
The first bit,
The A sound,
The kind of ah sound,
That's working the bottom three chakras,
The roots,
And the sacral,
And the solar plexus.
The next one,
The heart,
Is working the heart and the throat.
And then the last bit,
The M,
Is vibrating around in the head.
Right,

Are we ready?
All right,
Deep breath in.
And just coming to the end.
And if you've not finished,
And if you have finished,
Just focus on how the body is feeling now,
Where you can feel it.
So I can really feel it in my head now.
And let's just have a couple of nice deep breaths.
So what we're going to be doing now is just doing OMS for a certain amount of time.
I want you to really focus on how it feels more than the sounds of what's coming out of your mouth.
So we're concentrating on the changing the sound,
Starting right into the tummy,
The roots,
The solar plexus,
And the sacral,
Moving up into the heart with the oom,
And then closing the mouth and getting that real big vibration in the head.
And what I'm going to do,
We'll keep an eye on the time.
And I'm just going to do this.
When it's time to finish,
Just end the OMS that you're doing.
And then just going to have a couple of minutes,
Just focusing on how we feel.
Are we ready?

Deep breath in.
So just coming to the end of your arm and just closing the eyes and just noticing how you feel.
Seeing if you can feel any of the chakras more than the others.

So we just need to ground ourselves back because we've been activating quite a lot of spiritual dimension with the oom.
And what we're going to be doing is just focusing on the root chakra.
That's right down at the base of the spine.
Let's notice the seat bones and the root chakra just softening into the floor,
Into the earth.
And just imagine a red ball of energy in that area.
And imagine some roots growing down from your tailbone down into the earth and spreading like tree roots.
You're going to get lots of stability.
And let's just bring the hands to heart center and focus on the heart chakra underneath the hands.
Just feeling really grateful that we were able to share this time together,
Activating and aligning our chakras.
