This is an SOS breathing practice that will help you to immediately feel calmer and more in control. It will enable you to dampen down the "freeze, fight or flight" urge from your sympathetic nervous system. As you regulate your breathing, you will find that you are able to move towards the calmer, more relaxed parasympathetic nervous system. This practice can be done anywhere, either standing, seated, or lying down, depending on what is available to you. I wish you well. With love and light.
