Taking the time to focus on what we are grateful for, brings the gift of joy. I invite you, anytime you start to find yourself complaining, feeling down, or frustrated, to stop, take a deep breath, and focus on several things you are grateful for. In doing so, I believe that you too will find a greater joy and purpose in life. This gentle practice has helped me refocus my energies. May you find peace and clarity within it as well.

Hello and thank you for joining me in today's guided visualization as we accept the gift that gratitude brings.

Gratitude is a gift,

A blessing within itself.

It alone holds a higher energy that will help lift us up when life feels heavy or burdensome.

For there is energy within every word we think and say.

The words we speak and the words we think become our reality,

Our experience of life and how we view it.

If we focus on the words and thoughts with a lower vibrational energy,

Such as complaining,

Criticizing,

And comparing,

We will find ourselves living in a lower vibration in life.

For the words we focus on will expand into the world around us,

Into how we view ourselves,

Our lives,

And even how we view others.

What we focus on expands.

If we are unhappy in life or in a moment of life,

We have the opportunity to step back from our emotions,

Step out of them completely,

And start focusing on the words that will bring what we want in life rather than what we don't want.

When life feels heavy or stressful or there are feelings of loneliness,

We often find we are focusing on what we feel is wrong or bad within a situation or what is happening around us.

We tend to be focusing on lower vibrations with these thoughts and it becomes more difficult to see clearly as to all that is around us to be present with and grateful for because we are focusing on what is hard rather than what there is to be grateful for.

Whenever you start to find yourself feeling of this lower vibration or that you feel that you are complaining,

I invite you to stop and find at least two things you are grateful for and become mindful of how different the energies inside of you feel as you do so.

There is a beautiful gift that gratitude brings to each of us.

Let us step into the space where gratitude can be felt.

Let's take a deep breath in and let the breath out.

With this next breath,

Breathe in peace and breathe out the chaos.

Breathe in love and breathe out the fear.

Breathe in light.

Breathe out the darkness.

Breathe in joy and breathe out the pain.

I am grateful.

I am grateful for my ability to learn each day.

I am grateful as I grow stronger each day.

I am grateful that I can learn from my mistakes and that they make me a better person.

I am grateful that I grow through tough situations.

I am grateful that I am in this present moment.

I am grateful that I know life is happening for me.

I am grateful for who I am and where I am at in life at this moment.

I am grateful for feeling peace in my life.

I am grateful that I am getting better at protecting and caring for others.

I am grateful that I am remembering what I learned.

I am grateful for my ability to grow.

I am grateful for my ability to learn.

I am grateful for my ability.

I am grateful for trying new things that help me experience life more fully.

I am grateful for the present moment and experiencing life in this moment.

I am grateful for feeling calm.

I am grateful for learning to accept where I am in life.

I am grateful for learning to accept where I am at in life.

I am grateful for learning to accept others where they are at.

I am grateful for learning acceptance of all that is.

I am grateful for learning to just be.

I am grateful for the sounds I am able to hear around me.

I am grateful for the feelings of love.

I am grateful for those I have in my life that I love.

I am grateful for those I have in my life that love me.

I am grateful to surround myself with beautiful souls that uplift one another and celebrate growth.

I am grateful for music that inspires and uplifts me.

I am grateful for having senses that I can better experience this life on earth with.

I am grateful for having intentions and learning how to live life with them.

I am grateful for learning how to follow my inner guidance and wisdom.

I am grateful for my life.

I am grateful for light.

I am grateful for love.

I am grateful for each and every breath.

I am grateful for energy.

I am grateful for nature.

I am grateful for this beautiful world around me.

I am grateful for peace.

I am grateful for forgiveness.

I am grateful for clarity.

I am grateful for intuition.

I am grateful for my teachers.

I am grateful for this earth.

I am grateful for fear so that I can learn to overcome it.

I am grateful for challenges that help me learn strength.

I am grateful for experiences that help me grow.

I am grateful for my growth.

I am grateful for the journey that I walk along in life.

I am grateful for the ability to speak my truth.

I am grateful for learning from my emotions and to see what they are here to teach me.

I am grateful for my feelings and emotions and I'm learning to understand what they really bring to my life.

I am grateful for my family.

I am grateful for my friends.

I am grateful for my friends.

I am grateful for the stars.

I am grateful for the trees,

The flowers,

And plants of all kinds.

I am grateful for the birds.

I am grateful for animals and the part they play in living their lives each day.

I am grateful for technology for making it possible to connect with others.

I am grateful for the gift of expansion.

I am grateful for the desire to learn and grow and know my inner self better.

I am grateful as I meet more people who want to bring peace and love to my life.

And light into this world.

I am grateful for our inner expansion.

I am grateful.

I am grateful.

I am grateful.

I am grateful for you being here today.

Thank you sweet soul for being present.

I am grateful for the joy that gratitude brings.

I accept this gift of joy and I'm grateful in knowing how to find it and live with more of it in my life by finding gratitude all around me.

We are surrounded by so many things to be grateful for.

I am grateful for you.
