
Let Go And Just Be - Return To The Self Within
Have you ever felt frustrated by how someone else was acting? Have you ever been stressed about how something turned out, because it wasn't what you had planned? Have you ever felt your ego take over and find yourself reacting in a way that you wish you hadn't? Why do we do this? Why do we, as humans, feel so protective over what we believe to be ours? Such as stuff, people, situations, positions, knowledge, or dreams...Why is it so easy to feel defensive? It takes practice to stop reacting from a place of fear and pause to respond from a loving place of presence. This guided meditation is one way to practice this, as a gentle reminder of who you are and what you're here for. Let go of ego. And just be. And return to the self within.
