Wherever you are in the world,

They want you to become very comfortable.

Allow your body to relax and gently close your eyes.

We are going to send our breath on a journey throughout the physical body.

Your breath is an ally.

Wherever it goes,

It will send healing and relaxation.

I want you to trust in this.

With your eyes closed and your focus on your individual breath,

I want you to imagine that your breath is a gentle breeze and where it touches you,

It will release and relax.

We will begin with the very tips of the toes and we will send our breath on an upward journey across the legs,

Into the torso,

Over the arms and finally to the very top of your head.

We will send our breath with gratitude.

So I want you to imagine that your breath in the form of a gentle breeze is just beginning to touch your toes.

First the big toes and then it will spread over and across into the pinky toes.

I want you to send an I love you to your toes.

Now imagine your breath gliding gently across the soles of your feet,

Releasing them of any tension they might be holding.

And for a moment I want you to imagine that the soles of your feet are a map of your entire body and as they begin to relax,

The rest of your body will follow.

Imagine that this breath has now reached your heels and that your heels are becoming slightly heavier.

Send an I love you to your feet for carrying you through life.

Now continue to send your breath on its upward journey over and across both ankles,

Weighing them down ever so gently.

Send an I love you to your ankles.

Now imagine your breath moving upward from the ankles,

Criss-crossing your calves,

Interlacing them with release so that the calf muscles are invited to let go.

Send an I love you to your calves for their strength.

Continue to send your breath upward all the way into both knees,

The left and the right.

Allow your knees to be flooded with this warmth of gratitude.

Send an I love you to the knees for every time they bend.

Imagine your breath being sent upwards though,

Into your thighs,

Allowing them to release and relax.

Send an I love you to your thighs.

Now imagine your breath settling into warm pools,

Into your hip joints,

The left and the right equally.

And as this warmth radiates throughout the hips,

The hips are invited to open to their own degree.

Send an I love you to your hips.

Now I want you to imagine that your breath can be traced like a golden cord,

Travelling between the left and the right hip,

Gently resting on top of your belly with an awareness of your inhales and your exhales.

And I want you to imagine that each exhale is allowing your belly muscles to release and relax,

So that it holds absolutely no tension.

Send an I love you to your belly,

Your source of strength,

Power,

Will and energy.

Now from here,

I want you to imagine that your breath is a bowl of golden light at the base of your spine,

Activating it,

Releasing it vertebrae by vertebrae as you trace it up along the spine to the very base of your skull.

I want you to send an I love you to your spine for its support.

Now imagine both sides of your back,

Along the spine,

Both the left and the right.

I want you to imagine the strong back muscles gently being pulled down towards the earth,

Asked to release from the tops of your shoulders all the way to the base of your spine.

Send an I love you to your back.

Now as the back releases,

Imagine your ribs,

The inhales and exhales of your breath creating space between them,

Asking them to let go.

And as the ribs begin to release,

Trace your breath back in towards your heart center.

Imagine all four chambers alive with your heartbeat,

Sending life and energy to every cell in your body.

I invite you to send an I love you to your heart for allowing you to love and be loved.

I want you to imagine that your breath is resting gently in all ten fingertips,

Flooding them with warmth,

Asking them to relax.

And as they do so,

Send an I love you towards your fingers for everything they have created.

Now allow this warmth to gently spill into the palms of your hands,

Filling both the left and the right palm,

Allowing them to open softly.

Send an I love you to your palms for everything they have held,

Towards your left palm for its capacity to receive,

Towards the right palm for its capacity to give,

And for you being that fine line,

That balance in between giving and receiving.

Send your breath across both wrists now.

Allow them to become heavy,

To sink you a little lower into relaxation.

Allow your forearms to follow suit.

And send the breath gently into the soft bend of your elbows,

Asking them to release.

And as they do so,

They will send impulses to your upper arms,

To the muscles here to let go.

Slowly lift the awareness of your breath across both shoulders.

Ask it to settle here.

Ask your shoulders to let go.

Send an I love you to your shoulders for their strength.

From the shoulders,

Allow your breath to glide inward towards the base of your throat.

Allow it to focus here on your inhales and your exhales.

Send an I love you to your throat for allowing you to speak with intent and from your heart.

And allow the breath to move upward now into your jawline.

Letting it to relax,

Let go of any tension.

As the jaw begins to release,

Imagine your breath gently moving across your lips,

Settling softly over them.

Send an I love you to your lips.

Now allow the awareness of your breath to rise up into your cheeks with the memory of what it feels like to smile.

Send an I love you to your cheeks.

Now imagine your breath at the very tip of your nose,

The inhales and the exhales as they rush throughout the entire body.

Send an I love you to your breath.

Continue to send your breath upward across the bridge of your nose.

In here,

Let it divide into both the left and the right.

Allow it to enter your eye sockets with warmth,

Filling your eyes with gratitude,

Allowing them to rest.

Send an I love you to your eyes for everything that they have shown you and all that you have yet to see.

Now imagine your breath travelling upward,

Across your forehead into your thoughts,

Settling softly over them like a blanket,

Allowing for space.

Imagine send an I love you towards your thoughts and your minds for their creativity.

Send an I love you to your thoughts and your mind for its creativity.

Now imagine sending your breath to the very top of your head,

Letting it rest here.

A warmth of golden light flooding the head and the face,

Moving downward across the shoulders and arms into the fingertips,

Gliding through the torso,

Across the legs,

Over the soles of the feet,

Into the very tips of your toes,

Flooding your body with warmth,

Connection,

And its capacity to heal.
