Hi,

My name is Sarah and if you're feeling overwhelmed right now,

If the world feels too loud,

Too fast,

Too much,

This meditation is for you.

This is a quiet space to land,

Guided by Sarah.

You don't need to fix anything in this moment.

You don't need to have all the answers.

You are simply invited to pause,

To breathe,

To reconnect,

To remember what balance feels like in your body.

So make yourself as comfortable as possible.

You can either sit or lie down,

Whatever feels good to you right now.

And then,

Just breathe.

There is no need to control the breath in any way.

Just let it come and go as it is.

Let your gaze soften or maybe gently close your eyes.

Feel the ground beneath you.

Feel the weight of your body.

And now,

Take a slightly deeper breath in.

And as you breathe out,

Allow everything to soften just a little bit.

You see,

Your body is holding a lot.

Tension,

Thoughts,

Emotions,

Stimulation.

Maybe more than it was meant to hold all at once.

And still,

There is a space within you that remembers stillness.

Each and every cell carries this memory of calm,

Of safety,

Of enoughness.

Speak to your body like you would to a child who's had too much candy.

Not with pressure,

But with loving clarity.

You can say things like,

It's okay.

You can let go now.

I'm here.

I'm listening.

I won't leave you.

There's nothing you need to do.

You see,

There is a memory deep inside your being.

A natural rhythm of balance and calm.

A place where your breath flows freely.

Where clarity returns on its own.

Where you remember it's safe to rest.

So invite your body to return to this rhythm.

No need to force anything.

Just the gentle possibility of homecoming.

You might feel something in your chest,

In your belly,

In your legs.

Or maybe you feel nothing at all.

That's okay too.

The invitation is still working.

So speak gently to yourself,

Quietly or in your mind.

I am coming back to my natural rhythm.

There is nothing to fix.

I can just be.

My body remembers how to feel calm.

And if it feels right,

Place a hand over your heart or your belly.

Feel the warmth.

Feel the connection.

Feel your presence.

Imagine the cells in your body gently reordering themselves right now.

Like a noisy classroom that slowly settles down.

Not because it's told to.

But because someone caring just walked in and said You're safe now.

You haven't done anything wrong.

You don't need to have it all figured out.

Your system just needed a break.

So take one last breath in.

And as you breathe out,

Let something go.

A thought.

A pressure.

An expectation.

And when you're ready,

Slowly start coming back into the room.

Into your body.

Begin to gently move your fingers.

Your toes.

Notice the contact points beneath your body.

Maybe stretch a little.

And when it feels right,

Open up your eyes.

And know that you can come back to this practice anytime.

Your body remembers.

And you can remind yourself that you're safe.

That you're enough.

And that you're never alone.

Thank you so much for taking this moment to return to yourself.

Until next time.

Sarah
