Sit with your back straight and your arms gently in a comfortable position.
Close your eyes and try to get all those fidgets out of the way right now.
It's okay to move during the meditation but try and be as still and calm as possible.
Breathe in,

Breathe in and breathe out and just let go of all the critical self-talk that's stuck inside you and that doesn't serve you well.
This is a special day unlike all other days and you don't want to carry any of that old shitty self-talk with you.
It's just not worth it.
Now put one hand on your heart and one on your belly and as you breathe quietly notice how comforting that feels and how miraculous your body is.
It breathes in and out without you even doing anything.
That is a miracle.

Be aware that you can do this anytime,
Anywhere and take care of yourself.
You can let your self-criticism and judgment leave your body on your breath.
Let your breath give you comfort,
