Hello and welcome.
My name is Nat and I am here to lead you through a guided intuition effort.
Together we're going to pause and in that pause I hope that you find rest.
I hope that you're able to relax,
Restore and I trust,
I trust in that moment of pause that you will remember.
Our time together here is designed to help you remember that everything you need is within you.
It is so often that I find myself in positions where I have a question and I look outside of myself.
I have been conditioned to believe that the answers are outside of me and yet all that I ever find outside of me are perceptions of other people's lived experiences and while sometimes hearing this,
Listening to it,
It can guide me,
It can inform me.
At the root of every question I have the answer,
The true answer is already within me.
But I must pause.
I must drop in.
I must listen.
And if the answer doesn't come right away I must trust that with time,
With practice,
I will improve this ability to listen and I will strengthen my ability to hear what I already know.
We will begin with guided breath.
Each and every one of us have access to 22,
000 cycles of breath a day.
I believe that is 22,
000 opportunities to return ourself back to consciousness.
After some breath work we will relax the body and we will drop in and we will begin to listen,
To listen for what we already know.
It doesn't matter what position your body takes but can you be in a place of rest,
In a place that feels comfortable and stable and maybe even grounded and if you're not there yet don't worry we'll get there together.
Uncross any limbs.
Allow the palms to rest either facing up or down wherever you are.
Down to signal a need for grounding.
Up to signal a need or a want to receive.
And then find your breath however it exists right now.
Let it travel down to the tips of your toes.
Let's begin there as your focus rests on your toes.
Use your next in breath to draw the awareness up the body right through to the crown of the head and then softly exhale.
Allow the awareness to drop back down to the tips of the toes.
Breathe in again to notice and sigh it out.
Let it go.
Breathe in.
Where do you notice tension in your body?
Longer breath out slow it down.
Soften in those areas and begin the process of letting go.
In again.
And as you exhale take a couple more cycles of generous breath.
The breath that is felt in every corner of your body.
The breath that travels slowly wandering,
Noticing,
Feeling into the sensations available in its path.
And then that exhale making way for ease.
Making way for rest.
Making way for restoration.
Making way for a remembering.
I welcome in any distractions that pull you out of this practice as you continue to breathe,
As you continue to soften any noises around you they belong.
Any wandering thoughts they belong.
Any awareness of discomfort that belongs.
This practice of conscious inhale feel that.
Unconscious exhale feel that.
It is not about achieving stillness.
It is about practicing stillness.
The victory of noticing when you've been distracted.
The victory of noticing when you've been pulled out.
And the practice of coming back.
Sweet victory.
There you are.
Our lived experiences they inform our journey.
Draw your awareness inwards to the heart center.
The breath still available but relaxed.
What do you feel at the heart center?
Is there any tension?
Could you breathe into it?
Is there any resistance?
Could you soften at the edges just a little?
And then from the heart bring the awareness up to the mind's eye the place just at the center of the forehead.
Notice the sensation that exists here.
The bodily sensation the physical sensation not the story of the intuitive self but how it feels at the mind's eye right now.
Could it feel a little more grounded?
Could it feel a little more settled?
Now in the mind's eye can you imagine a version of yourself a version that's 10 20 maybe 30 years older than you are now.
A wiser version of you one with more lived experiences.
One having navigated more discomfort more ease more failure more success than you have today.
Can you see this version of you this wiser version of you smiling back at you an aura of awareness available.
A sense of calm and stillness surrounds you a sense of knowingness.
And as you look lovingly at this version of you this version who knows what question do you have for them?
What question could you ask of them?
What answer do you long for?
Ask the question and then sit in available silence listening for the answer that you know the truth that already exists within you.
And with this new awareness awareness on what's available within you the wisdom of what you always hold.
Take your hands and place them over the eyes.
Breathe into the darkness that you see feel the safety that exists within it.
Even in the darkness we know slowly remove the hands from the eyes as you open them and in the light we still know an awareness on the answer you see an awareness on the answer you know already exists within you.
We bring this awareness into our day and we return to this space whenever we need whenever we have forgotten always available to you.
Have an incredible day and thank you for sharing this energy with me.
