Hello and welcome.
My name is Nathanya and I am here to help you cultivate goodness.
We'll spend our time together grounding in our body and allowing ourselves to purposely choose the energy that we want to practice and therefore strengthen.
If you haven't already,
Find yourself in a comfortable seated position.
Your body does not have to look a certain way.
All that I ask is you give yourself full permission to feel good in this moment.
Make any adjustments you need at any point during our time together.
If it feels good to do so,
Gently close the eyes or cast your gaze downwards.
As you pull that external vision inwards,
Can you notice your breath?
Notice as you breathe in through the nose and notice as you breathe out softly through the mouth.
Breathe in through the nose and soften as you exhale out.
Next,
Inhale,
Fill up completely.
Pull in all the air from every corner of the room.
Hold it for a moment and then slow,
Slow,
Slow exhale it out.
At your own pace,
Continue to breathe in a way that invites in just a little more space and a way that helps you feel just a little more calm,
A little more at ease.
As you settle into your breath,
Bring to the mind's eye the idea that what you practice grows stronger.
Begin to visualize the pathways in your mind and body,
Choosing to travel the ones that feel good,
Choosing to travel the ones that feel right.
We'll begin by acknowledging any of the worry that you may be feeling in your body today.
A natural response to life,
It's okay to worry.
Imagine each thought that carries worry to be a small stone.
With each inhale,
You notice that stone in your hand and with each exhale,
You choose to put it down back in the earth where it belongs.
The inhale you notice,
You hold the stone,
The worry,
The exhale,
You choose to put it down as many times as needed,
Allowing these feelings to dissolve,
Freeing yourself from the grip that holds onto them.
Now shift your focus to thoughts of gratitude.
In this moment,
What are you grateful for?
Visualize this person,
This thing,
This way of being that you are grateful for.
Bring it to the mind's eye in a way that feels so real,
It evokes an immediate response of love.
Feel gratitude.
Allow that love in,
Moving from one thing to the next.
What are you grateful for?
And how does that gratitude feel in your body?
From this place of gratitude,
Will you now invite in curiosity?
Reflect on something in your life you may be resisting.
How would it feel to shift from resisting,
To allowing,
To getting curious about it,
To letting it be present in your life,
To take a new shape or form,
To let it be part of you,
Opening yourself up to possibility,
Letting the feeling of openness wash all over you.
From letting go,
To shifting into love,
To opening,
We begin to cultivate goodness.
As you breathe in,
Affirm to yourself,
I choose to cultivate goodness.
Picture the goodness within you as a golden light,
Shimmering,
Shining,
Bright,
And warm.
With each inhalation,
Allow this light to grow,
To spread,
Illuminating the heart,
The chest,
The mind,
The whole body.
In this moment,
Allow yourself to access the goodness that exists within you.
It's already there.
You don't have to create anything.
Allow it.
Feel this warmth,
This goodness available within you to access whenever you desire.
And if you choose today to hold on to it,
To keep it close,
I honor that.
And if it feels available,
Maybe you allow that warmth to extend beyond you.
That warmth,
That goodness,
That kindness,
That love,
To extend into the space that exists around you,
To extend beyond the space around you and into the room you exist in,
Beyond the room you exist in and into the world.
Extending this goodness beyond your realm of existence and allowing it to reach others.
Creating a web of kindness,
Compassion,
And goodness.
Feeling the warmth of this connection.
Recognizing and acknowledging that by nurturing your own goodness,
You're able to contribute to the greater good.
Acknowledging by simply taking care of yourself,
You contribute to the greater good.
Your energy is contagious.
You have an unlimited supply of love to give,
To share.
Allow it to flow freely from you.
Allow us to feel you,
To access you,
To be with you.
Slowly notice your breath.
Breathe deeply in and out of your body,
Taking your time.
Anchoring as you do in this feeling of goodness within you.
Always available to tap into,
To pull forth,
To feel and access.
Always available within you to give freely and without limitation.
But we must pause.
We must remember.
We must strengthen our ability to call it forward and to share it.
Whenever you're ready and not a moment sooner,
Begin to wiggle your toes.
Begin to open your eyes.
Begin to access this world from a place of love and open heartedness.
It is from here that I share my deep gratitude to you for pausing with me today and for practicing our ability to access the innate goodness available within us.
