This meditation moves through the 7 layers of consciousness from the grossest physical layer to the deeper subtle layers. This meditation begins with calming breath, taking a few minutes to center and ground before moving to body scanning. Through body scanning we begin moving through the layers through the physical layer of consciousness, annamaya kosha. Then we move through the breath layer, pranamaya kosha to the feelings and emotions layer, manomaya. Moving into the balief and thoughts layer of vijnamaya to the anandamaya layer of joy and wellbeing. Finally we move through the ego/ I layer of Asmitamaya to Sahaj, pure awareness, enlightenment, our natural state. Through these layers we see that everything is changing besides our deepest conscious layer of sahaj. Through this meditation you will see where your intuitive voice is speaking to you from, your pure awareness and spiritual soul.
