You've been taught to ignore your curiosities. To be practical. To stay in line. But what if those curiosities are the only thing standing between you and a half-lived life? This practice asks: What have you been curious about that you haven't explored—because you're afraid of judgment or because it doesn't make sense? Through calming breathwork and inquiry, learn to follow the intelligence of your curiosities before they go silent. This is how passion becomes purpose. This is how you find flow.

Hello and welcome.

My name is Sadhu Simone and it's an honor and a joy to be guiding you in today's practice.

Today's practice is about following your curiosity.

This is a really powerful practice because it supports you in living a purposeful life.

Your curiosities are the spiritual hearts asking to be rediscovered.

It's your mission asking to come to life.

Your passion asking to be manifested.

They reflect an intelligence that's beyond anything that you have ever experienced.

You must learn to value your curiosities instead of judging them.

Value them so much that you seek to learn from them.

When we actually follow through with our curiosities,

Our curiosities then turn into our passion.

Our passion turns into our purpose.

And then my friends,

We are living a life of flow.

So today's practice is something that you can revisit often.

So you continuously get to know more and more your curiosities.

So let's begin by taking a moment to do a breathing exercise.

And in this breathing exercise,

All we're asked to do is to breathe in and out of the left nostril.

So if you can,

I invite you to bring your right hand and close your right nostril,

Either using your thumb or your index finger or your peace fingers together.

Whatever feels most comfortable for you.

And this breathing technique is a simple and powerful way for us to relax the nervous system and start to concentrate the mind and bring the mind into a stillness,

Into a still,

Concentrated point.

So whenever you're ready,

We're going to do a few rounds of the left nostril breathing.

It's just in and out of the left nostril.

Okay,

So breathing in on the left.

And breathing out on the left.

Deep breath in on the left.

Breathing deeply on the left.

Deep breath in on the left.

A few more deep breath in on the left.

Last one,

Deep breath in on the left.

And then rest your hands.

And then invite intentionality and grace into your posture.

And whenever you're ready,

You may gently close your eyes.

If you're sitting on a chair or on a meditation cushion on the floor,

Roll your shoulders back so your chest is wide open.

And make sure that your posture balances awakefulness and relaxation.

So let's begin.

Ask yourself,

Treat the mind to the question.

What is something that you've been curious about,

But maybe you haven't followed through because you're afraid of being judged by others?

Or even you're judging of yourself.

What is something that you've been curious about that you haven't followed through because of how other people might see you or how you might see yourself?

And just allow the answers to come up.

And remember,

If at any point your attention gets pulled away into additional stories that arise in the mind,

Just do your best effort to resist the temptations to get carried away.

And to just be here with the question and the answers that arise based on the question.

Treat your mind to the question.

What am I curious about that I haven't explored?

And just allow the answers to come to you.

What am I curious about that I haven't explored?

And just allow the answers to come to you.

Allow the spiritual heart to speak.

What am I curious about that I haven't explored?

And for another few moments here.

What am I curious about that I haven't explored?

And then let go of the questions.

Let go of the answers.

Let it all go.

And take a moment to connect with the feeling of the breath and the body.

See if you can gather all of the energy of the mind and rest on the feeling of the breath for a few rounds here.

And as you breathe in,

Notice that you are breathing in.

And as you breathe out,

Notice that you're breathing out.

Wherever you feel the breath most vividly,

Just rest there for a few moments.

Reconnecting with the feeling of the breath.

Breathing in,

I know that I'm breathing in.

Breathing out,

I know that I'm breathing out.

And then let it go.

Let it all go.

And I invite you to bring both hands in front of your heart for the universal gesture of gratitude in prayer position.

And just take a moment here to express gratitude for your effort,

For practicing in this way.

For getting to know yourself at a deeper level.

May all beings discover their curiosities and follow through into a purposeful life.

And then when you're ready,

You can blink your eyes open.

Thank you so much for practicing.
