How many times have you said out loud, “What is WRONG with me?” Or wondered it in your head? How many times have you considered yourself broken, damaged, or beyond repair? News flash, honey… and I mean this with a heart full of love: THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU. This meditation is a balm for your mind, body, and heart. It’s an antidote to the conditioning you’ve received to believe that you are something that needs “fixing.” It’s an invitation to accept yourself fully with the understanding that you are innately good. Allow Sah’s loving reassurance to help release your fears and worries, and root yourself in truth. There is nothing wrong with you, there never has been, and there never will be. There is only your journey. You’re doing great, honey.

Hello,

My loves,

And welcome to this meditation practice.

My name is Sadhu Simone,

And it's such an honor and a joy to be your guide.

So go ahead and get settled.

Get settled into a meditation position.

Perhaps you're sitting on a chair.

I'm sitting on a chair.

Perhaps you're laying down,

Or maybe you are sitting on a meditation cushion on the floor.

Just take a moment here to scan your body to see if you are seated,

Laying,

In a way that's inviting relaxation and ease,

Not creating more tension.

While keeping in mind intentionality,

While keeping in mind that your body and the posture and the presentation of your meditation posture can be a symbol of awakening,

Can be a symbol of enlightenment,

Okay?

So once you merge all this information and you land at a posture that feels authentic to you,

Close your eyes,

My love.

Close your eyes.

And now look at your mind,

And you may just ask yourself,

What's my next thought going to be?

And you may just take that observer perspective.

Just continue to look at your mind.

And you may notice that there is perhaps a reoccurring thought playing out in a loop.

Maybe there's a very sticky thought associated with the feeling that you've been carrying with you.

Or maybe you notice nothing at all.

It's all right.

What I need you to do right now,

My love,

Is to gather all of your attention for this breathing technique right now.

So part your lips as if you had a straw hanging from your lips,

And we're going to sip the breath in through the mouth and then out through the nose,

Okay?

So breathing in through the mouth like this,

And then out through the nose,

Like that.

Breath in through the mouth,

Long and deep,

And then out through the nose,

In through the mouth,

In through the mouth,

Hold at the top.

Now let's switch it up,

In through the nose and out through the mouth,

Okay?

So breathing in deeply through the nose,

And then out through the mouth.

And it's not an open mouth exhale,

Right?

It shouldn't sound like this.

It should sound like this.

You know,

The straw.

All right,

Let's do it again.

Deep breath in through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

Deep breath in again through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

One more deep breath in,

Hold at the top,

And out through the mouth.

And then let go of this breathing technique,

And just take a moment here to once again notice the quality of the mind.

So witnessing the mind,

Do you notice a difference?

Look at the body.

Is there tension in the body?

Is there tension in the mind?

Now for the first few moments of this practice,

I'm going to state a very precious and powerful sentence.

Okay,

I'm going to whisper a mantra.

And then,

So for this first part,

All I need you to do is just listen deeply and do your best effort to open your heart to it,

To open your mind to it,

Okay?

And then after we get to this first part,

I will guide you on the next part of the practice,

Okay?

So go ahead and listen deeply,

And listen to hear,

And listen to open,

Listen to transform,

Listen to enlighten,

Okay?

There is nothing wrong with you.

There is nothing wrong with you.

There is nothing wrong with you.

There is nothing wrong with you.

There is nothing wrong with you.

There is nothing wrong with you.

There is nothing wrong with you.

There is nothing wrong with you.

My dear,

My beloved,

There is nothing wrong with you.

There is nothing wrong with you.

My darling,

There is nothing wrong with you.

There is nothing wrong with you.

There is nothing wrong with you.

There is nothing wrong with you.

My love,

There is nothing wrong with you.

There is nothing wrong with you.

So let this settle for a second.

If your mind wanders into additional stories,

Into unrelated stories,

Just bring it back.

Touch base with the feeling of the breath.

Always know that the breath is here to support you,

To support you and welcome you back into the present moment.

So before we go into the next phase of the practice,

Just check in with yourself.

Where is the breath most vividly right now?

For the nose,

Upper lip,

Back of the throat,

Point in the chest,

Point in the belly.

Where is it?

Where do you feel the breath most vividly right now?

So wherever that place is that you can connect with the breath most vividly right now,

Just remember that you can always come back here,

That this is your home base,

Always available to you.

So breathing to the home base for a little bit.

Beautiful,

I like that.

Now I want you to take this next phase of the practice,

To whisper this mantra in your mind over and over and over again,

And each time that you notice that your attention has been pulled away into additional stories,

Into any sort of internal distractions or external distractions,

I invite you to just bring your attention back and whisper the mantra again,

And whisper the mantra again and again and again,

Okay?

So here's the mantra,

Dear one.

There is nothing wrong with me.

There is nothing wrong with me.

There is nothing wrong with me.

There is nothing wrong with me.

There is nothing wrong with me.

There is nothing wrong with me.

So find a rhythm that feels authentic to you,

And just use this mantra as your training device,

Okay?

And know that the more you are doing your best effort to become one with the mantra,

The more purification is taking place.

So distractions arise,

Your attention gets pulled away.

Remember your choice to come back and begin the purification process again.

And just imagine every single time you come back and you whisper the mantra again,

There is nothing wrong with me.

There is nothing wrong with me.

There is nothing wrong with me.

I'll be silent for a little while here,

So let's do this.

There is nothing wrong with me.

There is nothing wrong with me.

If your attention has wandered,

Invite it back.

Place it in the precious words,

There is nothing wrong with me.

There is nothing wrong with me.

There is nothing wrong with me.

There is nothing wrong with me.

There is nothing wrong with me.

There is nothing wrong with me.

And then let go of the mantra,

My love,

Let go of the mantra,

Let it go,

Let it go.

And notice the quality of your internal world.

Notice what it's like inside now.

And then bring your hands and pray in front of your heart as we begin to close this practice.

And just take a moment to offer gratitude for your practice,

Gratitude for your effort.

Like that.

And then offer the goodness,

The insights,

The moments of breakthrough,

The glimpses of enlightenment to all people everywhere.

Say it in your mind.

May all people with no exception experience the insights that I've had during this practice.

Like that.

Okay.
