Hello and welcome.

My name is Sadhu Simone,

And it's an honor and a joy to be guiding you in this practice today.

So let's take a moment to gently settle into a comfortable position.

Maybe you're seated in a chair,

Lying down,

Or on the floor on a meditation cushion.

Begin inviting intentionality and grace into your posture.

And when you're ready,

You may rest your eyelids closed,

Or perhaps just softly gazing at a spot a few feet out in front of you,

And doing your best effort to shift your attention from the outside world to the inside world,

As if you're shining a spotlight into your internal landscape,

And begin to observe what's present in this moment.

See if you can determine the quality of your feelings and emotions,

And then opening up to your thoughts.

Maybe you can determine the quality of the thoughts that are present,

And maybe you can determine how many thoughts are present.

And now slowly gathering all of your attention to your heart,

Dropping from the mind into the heart.

Can you feel your heartbeat?

Let yourself become one with your heartbeat,

Tuning into the song in your heart,

And doing your best effort to resist the temptations,

To get carried away into the thinking process,

Into fantasies,

To-do lists,

Whatever may arise as distractions,

And to just gently let it go and come back,

Come back into the heartbeat.

In this container,

We are reminded of how deeply interconnected we all are.

And now ask yourself,

What do I need from the world to feel supported?

What do I need from the world to feel supported?

And just allow the answers to come to you.

And now ask yourself,

How do I want to transform in my personal evolution?

How do I want to transform in my personal evolution?

And again,

Allowing the answers to come to you.

And now ask yourself,

What qualities do I want to have?

What qualities do I want to have?

And allowing the answers to come to you.

And now ask yourself,

What do I want to give back?

And allowing the answers to arise in your mind.

Last question,

Ask yourself,

What impact do I want to have in the world?

What impact do I want to have in the world?

And as we begin to bring this practice into a close,

I invite you to notice how you feel,

To notice the changes in your internal landscape.

And may this practice be a reminder for you to take action towards your dreams,

Because you are worthy.

And then slowly,

When you're ready,

You may blink your eyes open.

Thank you for your practice.
