I created this practice because research in neuroscience and mind-body science shows that the language we direct toward ourselves influences the nervous system. Gentle, reassuring words can signal safety, support regulation, and help the body shift out of chronic stress states that interfere with healing. You don’t need to believe the words or make anything happen for them to have an effect. This practice is about creating the conditions for the body to soften, listen, and respond in its own time.
