EFT, or emotional freedom technique, is also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. You tap on acupressure points, which connect to the energy meridians within your body, based on the Chinese medical system. Studies have found that stress and fear responses significantly decrease in the brain when the meridian points experience activation. It works on the level of the subconscious mind to release old patterns, at the same time as affirming the new beliefs that you would like to bring in, reprograming your physical, emotional, and energetic body. This track works specifically on helping you build Confidence and Courage, simultaneously shifting fear and anxiety.

Welcome to this EFT practice for confidence.

EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique is also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure.

You tap on acupressure points which connect to the energy meridians within your body based on the Chinese medical system.

Studies have found that stress and fear responses significantly decrease in the brain when the meridian points are tapped.

It works on the level of the subconscious mind to release old patterning at the same time as affirming the new beliefs that you would like to bring in,

Reprogramming your physical,

Emotional and energetic body.

Let's begin.

Take a moment now to tune in to how you're feeling.

You may be aware of what thoughts are present,

An awareness of sensations in your body and feel your body on the chair or the ground below you.

A sense of being held and supported in this moment.

And bring your awareness to your breath and feel your body breathing.

Let the focus of your breath be at your belly.

And take a deep breath into your belly,

Breathing in through your nose and releasing and breathing out through the mouth.

Take another deep breath in,

Releasing and letting go.

And one more,

Breathing in and breathing out.

Begin tapping on the side of your hand.

You can tap on either side and repeat each statement out loud after me.

Even though I experience fear,

I deeply love and accept myself.

Tapping at the top of the head,

Even though I hold limiting beliefs that aren't serving me,

I deeply love and accept myself.

Tapping at the inner side of the eyebrow,

Somewhere along my journey,

I stopped shining my light and I choose to love and accept the version of me who did that.

Tapping at the side of the eye,

Because a part of me hasn't felt good enough for just being me and I choose to love and accept myself anyway.

Tapping under the eye on the cheekbone,

Typically these beliefs come from fear.

Tapping under the nose,

Fear and my desire to be safe.

Tapping at the chin under the bottom lip,

Fear and my desire to survive.

Tapping at the collarbones,

Fear and my desire to be okay as a human being.

Tapping under the arm,

Today I choose to release fear.

Coming back to tapping at the side of the hand,

I release what no longer serves me.

Top of the head,

I download into my nervous system and my subconscious that I define me now.

Inner eyebrow,

I am willing now to release the past.

Side of the eye,

I am willing to release the old thought patterns that hold me back.

Under the eye,

I am willing to release the limiting beliefs and evolve.

Under the nose,

I am willing to heal.

Chin,

Downloading into my nervous system and my subconscious,

Courage,

Confidence,

Trust and peace.

Collarbones,

The experience of empowerment.

Under the arm,

The experience of clarity and freedom.

Side of the hand,

The experience of inner strength.

Top of the head,

The experience of joy.

Inner eyebrow,

The experience of optimism for my future.

Side of the eye,

Downloading into my nervous system and my subconscious,

The experience of thriving.

Under the eye,

The experience of feeling enough.

Under the nose,

The experience of worthiness.

Chin,

It's safe for me now to show up fully as me.

Collarbones,

It is safe for me to speak my truth.

Under the arm,

It is safe for me to be seen and heard.

Side of the hand,

It is safe for me to take aligned action.

Top of the head,

I know that it's natural to feel some fear when I'm out of my comfort zone,

And I take action anyway.

Inner eyebrow,

The more I do out of my comfort zone,

The more confident I feel.

Side of the eye,

I am whole.

Under the eye,

I am enough.

Under the nose,

I am powerful as me.

Chin,

I am courageous.

Collarbones,

I am confident.

Under the arm,

I stand strong in who I am.

Side of the hand,

Whether it be at the conscious or subconscious level,

I allow this transformation.

Top of the head,

I am now open to new ways of thinking.

Inner eyebrow,

I am open to inspiration.

Side of the eye,

I am creative and resourceful.

Under the eye,

I am capable of anything I put my mind to.

Under the nose,

I choose to begin.

Chin,

I know that I am strong and powerful.

Collarbones,

I welcome growth and expansion.

Under the arm,

I am courageous.

Side of the hand,

I am confident.

And so it is.

Release the tapping and take a few deep breaths into your belly.

Allow the practice to integrate into your body.

You might like to give your body a little shake or take some stretches.

See what feels right for you.

Check in again now with how you feel.

Whatever you feel is okay.

You have started the process of building your confidence.

Rewiring your brain and loving yourself during the process.

You can come back to do the tapping again tomorrow to reinforce this shift or whenever you need it.

Sacha, I just took your 10 day confidence course and you suggested this a few different times. Thank you for this! My only struggle was talking while you were talking to get the most of it so I had to whisper… So I could make sure that I heard all the words. going to send you a personal message for Personal request because this was amazing and also helped with the anxiety.
