Welcome to your five-minute reset in your workday.

Take this opportunity to put aside anything you're doing.

Silence the phone.

This is your time to recalibrate and renew.

Know that by taking this short break,

You will have more clarity and focus during the rest of your day.

You will increase your ability to be productive,

Creative and innovative.

Close down through your eyes or choose a point on the floor in front of you.

Feel your body on the chair and arrival into this moment.

Connect to your body breathing.

Scanning through from your crown to your toes and notice where you might be holding tightness or tension.

On your next breath in,

I'm going to invite you to squeeze through your entire body and on the exhale let it go.

Let's begin.

Breathing in,

Squeezing through the body,

The arms,

The legs,

The belly,

Hands,

Feet,

Neck,

Face.

Holding at the top and exhale letting go,

Releasing any tension.

Breathing in and as you squeeze bring any tension you've been holding,

Any worries you've been experiencing to the surface and on the exhale letting go.

One last time,

Squeezing as tight as you can through your body,

Bringing everything to the surface.

Exhaling,

Releasing,

Letting everything go.

Feel your breath in your belly and invite it to become a little deeper.

Begin counting into your belly for four and breathe out for four.

A slow,

Deep and even breath.

Once you've found this rhythm place a two count pause at the top and the bottom of the breath.

Breathing for four,

Hold for two,

Breathe out for four,

Hold for two.

The breath balancing you,

Bringing calm and vibrancy to the mind and body.

Allow your breath to come back to an easy rhythm.

Follow its gentle movement Each breath in brings a fresh energy,

Clarity and focus.

Each breath out releases and calms.

Breathe in,

Bring that fresh energy into all the cells of your body as if you're enlivening and renewing your whole being.

As you close your practice let your spine sit a little straighter now.

Lifting and elongating through the crown of your head.

Roll back and down through your shoulders,

Opening through your chest.

This instantly brings you an added confidence to meet the rest of your day.

And either listen or repeat after me.

I can meet any challenges.

I communicate with ease.

I am positive.

I am confident.

I am powerful.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Have a wonderful rest of your day.
