This is the I AM That, I am breathwork. Using the philosophy of Dr. Wayne Dyer's I AM Meditation; I have created a breathwork track to assist you in tapping into "That". "That" is the God Consciousness that was described in the Moses code. I am that I am. These were the words that God spoke when Moses asked for God’s name in the book of Exodus in the Old Testament. The words; I am That, I am make up the Moses Code frequency that has become the heart of connecting to that sacred place within you where you are everything and everything is YOU.

There's a very powerful meditation by the late Dr.

Wayne Dyer.

He put it out in one of his books and there's specials made around it.

It is the I am meditation.

Now I'd like to take that I am meditation and turn it into a breathwork session.

A way for us to connect to ourself on that deep level of the I am statement.

Not with an affirmation but affirming that we are connected to source energy and that we're being heard.

The I am meditation is simply using the name of that source,

That energy that was identified in the Bible as I am.

When Moses asked what is your name?

The name came back I am that.

So in today's breathwork session we're going to use that same intention of the I am that I am meditation that Dr.

Wayne Dyer offered.

To do this breath it is simply a rhythmic breath of four counts in,

Two counts full,

And a six count release with a two count hold at the bottom.

We're going to evolve this breath expanding it and then reducing it.

Always using the affirmation or the mantra if you will of I am that I am.

Just kind of including a comma if you will after the that.

I am that I am.

Now what I'd like you to do is begin to breathe in and out through your nose.

Just using your nasal breath way.

And you may begin to start to repeat that statement I am that I am.

As you're doing that I want you to think of what that means to you.

That could be abundance.

Keep breathing in and out through your nose.

It could be love,

Success.

It could be a specific thing that you're looking to accomplish.

The travel that you're looking to take.

Health that you're looking to bring into your life.

Compassion that you're looking to send to someone else.

Or forgiveness that you're looking to receive.

Whether you breathe in using this I am that I am.

Or if you exhale I am that I am.

You're either receiving it and either around you or you are sending it out.

Either way you are being heard in this I am that I am breathwork session.

All of us together let's take a giant breath in through our nose.

Inflating the belly.

Letting the heart rise.

And then releasing it all the way down before we begin our rhythmic section.

Breathing in for a count of four.

Three,

Two,

One.

Now hold.

One,

Two.

Now release for six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Now hold.

Two,

Breathe in.

Four counts in.

Hold.

One,

Two.

Now release.

Slower than you brought it in.

All the way down for three,

Two,

One.

Now hold.

One,

Two.

Breathing in for four counts.

Hold at the top.

Releasing for six.

Holding at the bottom.

One,

Two.

Keep this rhythm going.

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Now hold.

One,

Two.

Now release.

Six,

Three,

Two,

One.

Now holding at the bottom.

One,

Two.

Continue this rhythm.

I am that.

I am.

And release.

I am that.

I am.

Calling out the name of source,

Energy around you as though you are being having a conversation about what your desires are.

As though you are having a conversation about the depth and the expansion you're looking for in your life.

As you breathe in,

Maybe you're receiving it or maybe it's sending it out.

Regardless of where you are sending that energy,

Notice that it is there.

Hear the sounds around you.

Focus.

It doesn't matter if it's on rhythm.

It doesn't matter if you're holding and saying I am during one of the holds.

Just keep breathing.

Four count in.

Two count hold.

Six count release.

And then two count hold.

This is you connecting to the deepest part of your being,

Which is your vital energy.

And moving past that,

Maybe even into your blissful body,

That source of creation within you.

As you breathe in,

This rhythmic rhythm.

Four count in.

Two count hold.

Six count release.

Two counts holding at the bottom.

Maybe you feel this in your heart.

Let's do this together.

Maybe you bring awareness into your heart as though that's where you're breathing.

Breathing in.

Four,

Two.

One now hold.

One,

Two.

Now release.

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two.

One now hold.

One,

Two.

Breathe in for four.

And hold.

Now release.

Six.

And hold.

We're going to expand this now.

Here we go.

Breathing in.

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Now hold.

One,

Two.

Release for eight.

All the way down.

Taking your time with that mantra.

I am that I am.

And hold.

One,

Two.

Breathe in for four.

Hold.

Two.

Now release for eight.

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Hold.

One,

Two.

Breathe in for four.

Hold.

Release for eight.

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Hold for two.

Breathe in for four.

Take it deep.

Full.

Imagine yourself expanding and hold for two.

Full breath.

And release for eight.

All the way down.

All the way down.

Three,

Two,

One.

Now hold.

One,

Two.

Breathing in.

Take a full breath all the way to the top.

Holding here.

I am that I am.

Now release all the way down.

I am that I am.

Full breath in all the way to the top.

I am that I am.

Take another sip.

And release it with a sigh.

One more breath like that.

All the way to the top.

In through the nose.

Take another sip.

And release it with a sigh.

I am that I am.

Thank you for joining today for the I am that I am breath work meditation.

May your wildest imagination guide you.

May deliberate creation follow you.

And may you be blessed.

Thanks friends.

believe it or not I learned to meditate about ten years ago by Wayne books! Here's to Wayne Dweyr!✨ This was a powerful breath practice that has brought me back twice now and I have it saved to a playlist

I like the idea. I can’t do the count and the speaking together—it gets tangled. I’ll try it again. I love the Moses Code exercises from James Twyman’s The Moses Code. This aligns with that if I can get the separate rhythms to flow together.

What a wonderful experience (once again). The mantra Tat tvam asi (thou art that) is one that is sticking with me for quit some time, doing this meditation was a nice variation on that matra (they both have nearly the same meaning ). Love the things you share Ryan, you are a real inspiration and an amazing soul. Namaste 🙏🏼
