Your Maybe just keep your eyes closed.

Or a light gaze across the room.

Maybe bringing your hands towards your heart on a Hatha chakra.

Feeling the activation that's maybe within you.

The alchemy which has gone through sort of a roller coaster of inhales and exhales,

Changes,

Chemistry.

Maybe you can even feel your heart beating behind your palms.

As you feel the heart beating behind your palms,

Just take a breath in now.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Now release.

Now release.

Last one.

In for five.

Now hold for five.

Now release for five.

Now hold at the bottom.

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

All of this together,

Take a giant breath in all the way to the top.

Expanding the belly,

The ribs,

The heart.

And I want you to release it just with like a hum.

Just feeling the vibration in your heart space as you hum it out.

When you reach the bottom,

Take another breath in all the way to the top.

And a hum out.

Feel the vibration here.

Moving into your normal breath,

Maybe with your hands still at your heart.

After completing a box breath,

Calm the nervous system and to arrive in a space where you witness the heart.

Through breath work we notice there is an activation in the nerves that go between the heart and the amygdala,

Which is our fear response.

This cardiac coherence or a heart coherent.

And in this activation you may notice,

You may notice a tingling or a sensation of aliveness.

This inner awareness of yourself.

This inner awareness of self.

And as you begin to settle into feeling the heart,

You might even notice how your breath is affecting your heart.

As you breath in,

Minor changes where it speeds up just really quick as it gets compressed by the diaphragm.

And as you exhale it slows down.

The diaphragm settles back into its dome shape around the abdominal cavity.

In this space of awareness is where we create.

No matter how you started your day,

Whether it be with contrast or with momentum.

Whether you're feeling optimistic or pessimistic.

See if you can breathe in a feeling of ease.

Regardless of what you have in front of you or what you have behind you.

Releasing.

Now I want you to imagine,

I'm going to relate a story of mine to you.

Imagine you were going through this and how we show up makes a difference in how we love ourselves.

Getting into a campground sometimes is not easy.

We go there for recreation,

We go there for a place to commune with nature.

And sometimes things don't always work out.

Maybe a campsite is full,

Maybe the campsite is messy.

We could turn our awareness into nothing is working out for me.

We could turn our awareness into why am I even here?

Let's make changes,

Let's change plans.

Let's take a breath into that idea.

To sort of settle the body,

It almost feels as though it's uncomfortable with these ideas.

We're faced with challenges with other humans.

Humans who are in their programming.

It's this way,

No other way.

Here you are in the space of loving yourself more and knowing that if you react,

That causes chemistry within you that feels uneasy,

That cortisol,

The adrenaline.

And as you're faced with this contrasting experience,

Breathing into this,

Breathing through your nose.

And settle into this gratitude that you took a breath.

A breath before reacting.

And maybe another breath.

Belly,

Ribs and heart.

All the whole body is breathing into this situation which could potentially lead to you not showing up as your whole self.

You're showing up as a reactor,

An explosive reactor.

What would it feel like to take one more breath in through your nose and release it slower than you brought it in and show up as an observer?

Notice it,

That I'm in control and that I love myself today so much to not allow outside influences to change how I feel.

Unless you're saying this to yourself that no contrast will take my joy today.

The way I love myself is that of an observer who witnesses things,

Witnesses what could be.

But I choose the vibration today that feels good.

No matter where I go,

What I do today,

No matter who I am with,

I will be in the vibration of feeling good.

This is where my self-love is.

This is where my freedom lives.

This is where my happiness resides.

I'm not a product of outside influences changing how I feel.

Certainly they will guide me off of my path.

But I have rumble strips just like the road and the highway.

My internal guidance system says,

Get back onto the road.

This is where ease is.

This is where you can flow.

This is where it is smooth.

And as you feel those rumble strips of contrast,

As you feel other personalities influencing you,

You quickly come back to where there is ease.

On your journey,

There will be many times when you'll be challenged.

It is not that you're doing something wrong.

Maybe this even guides you to a moment when you felt uneasy.

But it is to remind you there's always what is wanted and there is the opposite of what is wanted.

Breathe into what is wanted for this day for yourself.

Ease,

Peace,

Health,

Safety.

As you take your next breath,

Embodying that that you want in your day,

This momentum to start or end your day,

Easing into the feeling of what is wanted.

You may find in many occasions that you will be in contrast with other individuals who will challenge that,

Try to push you off the road.

Step into gratitude for yourself and your internal guidance system that says,

No,

I don't want to be there.

I want to be right here.

Doing what I meant to do when I came into this physical body and that is to be happy,

To feel my own self love.

This is not something that is given to me.

It is my birthright.

It is my birthright to feel love.

I may look for certain keys to unlock the door to my self love,

Relationships,

Validation,

Appreciation,

But they are simply keys to an unlocked door.

My door is wide open of my own self love and as you feel your heart beating,

It is speaking to you in its own vibration,

In its own frequency.

Thank you.

Thank you,

Anahata.

Thank you,

Heart,

For showing up today for me today.

As I woke up,

You were beating.

As I go to sleep,

You will be beating for me.

As I dream,

My heart will react and as I breathe,

My heart will react.

Taking some of the stress,

Taking some of the load,

I'm grateful for you today,

Heart.

I'm grateful for my body.

I'm grateful for all of my personal image,

My personality.

That is my outer sheath,

But I know that deep within me,

My inner sheath,

My vital energy is also where my love lives.

This is where I step into my blissful body.

Today,

As I come into acceptance of I am who I am and I will be happy today and no one will take my joy,

My vital energy,

It's elevated.

I feel my heart.

I appreciate my vital energy.

I am grateful and I step into my Ananda,

My Akosha,

My blissful body.

Nothing will disturb how I feel today.

With the momentum at hand,

I am like a freight train moving into my path.

I cannot be stopped.

I am worthy.

I am whole.

I am enough.

I am loved.

I am loved.

I am loved.

Thank you Ryan. I wanted a heart opening meditation this am. Boom! Here it was ❀️ So grounding and relaxing- a wonderful antidote for anxiety. I had gotten myself into a negative victim mindset the last few days. I am quite self aware and seeing those old patterns come in- I knew a guided heart meditation would be benefical. My heart is where I needed to go and dive - this meditation set a tone for peace and ease today.
