Welcome to your breathwork session.

My name is Ryan Bean and today I'm going to be guiding you through the breath of life.

This very special,

Very sacred,

Very,

Very intimate breathwork that you can have with yourself every single day to enhance heart coherence or resonance of the vibration being balanced between your heart and your mind and potentially moving energy that might be stuck in other areas of your chakra system.

To do this breath,

You simply have to repeat the affirmation as it's given.

Breathe in for a count of seven,

Hold at the top for a count of three,

And then release your breath through the center of your heart,

Bringing absolute awareness to the center of your heart as you relax,

As you find ease.

Let us find awareness first.

Just simply beginning to notice your breath rising and falling.

Perhaps you begin to deepen your breath just to simply notice it more.

As you begin to breathe,

Focusing on where you notice the breath most dominantly.

Perhaps it's in your belly or maybe you're noticing the rising and falling of your chest.

I invite you now to begin to activate a nasal inhale and potentially a nasal exhale.

Beginning to deepen your breath,

The belly rising as you breathe in,

The ribs expanding,

Holding just slightly at the top,

And then slowly releasing.

As you come into this moment of awareness,

Potentially you just notice,

I am inhaling and label it an inhale.

You notice that you're exhaling and just simply label it exhale.

When thoughts come,

Just labeling them thinking.

Not good thought,

Not bad thought,

Just thinking.

As your belly rises,

You may feel the sensations within your body.

Maybe in your head,

Your back,

Your lower abdominals,

Even into your feet.

As you exhale,

You may feel yourself grounding.

Pay particular attention of where sensations come,

Rise,

And fall.

Maybe it's a cooling sensation,

A heating,

A stabbing,

A poking,

A twisting,

Or maybe it's just a simple tingling in your body.

This is the unconscious part of you communicating to you.

Beginning with our first affirmation.

You can say these words,

Making it more effective,

Or just simply visualizing them if you're not in a place to be able to verbalize them.

The first affirmation,

I love myself.

Notice where this affirmation shows up in your body when you say it out loud,

In your belly,

Your head,

Your throat.

Where do you feel it most dominant?

Now let's move this energy right to the center of your heart,

Creating coherence and a little bit of self-love,

Activating and moving this energy through the chakra system.

I invite you now to say this internally.

I love myself.

As you begin to breathe in for a count of seven,

Six,

Let it rise up your body,

Squeezing,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two.

Now hold at the top,

One,

Two,

Three.

Exhale right through the center of your heart.

Breathing in,

I love myself,

Seven,

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two.

Now hold,

One,

Two,

Three.

Exhale right through the center of your heart as though you're letting energy pass through your heart and out into the world around you.

I love myself.

Breathe in,

Seven,

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Now hold,

One,

Two,

Three.

Exhale right through the middle of your heart,

Letting it activate,

Moving the energy up the body and then out your heart.

Last time,

Starting at the lowest part of your body,

Squeezing on the way up.

I love myself.

Breathe in,

Squeeze all the way up.

Five,

Four,

Keep breathing in,

Two,

One.

Now hold,

One,

Two,

Three,

And then release the energy from the top of your head all the way down to exiting right through the center of your heart.

Second affirmation.

Just noticing where this first one lies and maybe it's closer to your heart or maybe it's more dominant in your heart.

Moving the second affirmation now.

I trust myself.

Notice where that lies in your body when you state it,

Say it out loud.

I trust myself.

And now let's move that energy up the chakra system.

Breathing in for seven,

Six.

I trust myself all the way up.

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Now hold,

One,

Two,

Three.

Exhale through the center of your heart.

Breathing in.

I trust myself.

Squeeze up your body,

Your belly,

Your chest,

All the way up.

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Now hold,

One,

Two,

Three.

Exhaling right through the center of your heart.

The affirmation.

I trust myself.

Squeeze it up your body.

Seven,

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Rising to your crown.

Now hold,

One,

Two,

Three.

Exhale right through the center of your chest.

Two more times.

I trust myself.

Let it rise all the way up your body.

Holding at the top.

Releasing through your heart.

Let it drop down and release through your heart.

One more time.

I trust myself.

Breathing in.

Seven,

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Hold,

One,

Two,

Three.

Exhale right through the center of your chest.

Right in the middle of your heart.

Now notice where this affirmation lies now.

As you say the words or visualize them.

I trust myself.

Maybe closer to your heart now.

Or maybe more dominant in your heart.

The third affirmation.

I honor myself.

Say it out loud or visualize these words as you say them.

I honor myself.

Breathing in.

Draw it up for seven counts.

All the way up.

Seven,

Six.

I honor myself.

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two.

Now hold,

One,

Two,

Three.

Exhale through your heart.

I honor myself.

Breathe in.

Seven,

Six,

Five,

Four.

Let it drop your body.

Feel your body squeezing this energy up to your head all the way to the top.

And hold.

One,

Two,

Three.

Exhale through your heart.

Move this energy.

It might be trapped in your pelvis,

Your belly,

Your chest,

Your face.

Breathe it in.

I honor myself.

Let it rise all the way up.

Seven,

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two.

Now hold.

One,

Two,

Three.

And exhale through the center of your heart.

All the way down.

One more time.

I honor myself.

Breathe it in.

Let it rise wherever it's stuck.

Let it rise into where you're bringing your awareness.

Let it rise all the way up.

All the way up to the crown of your head.

Now squeeze.

One,

Two,

Three.

Feel the energy shift as you exhale through your heart.

Now saying the words or just seeing them.

And notice where it shows up most dominant.

Maybe more intensely in the heart or more vibrant.

I honor myself.

I honor myself.

Final affirmation.

I value myself.

Say it out loud or visualize it and see it.

I value myself.

Notice where it becomes dominant.

Where do you feel this in your body?

Let's move this energy right to your heart.

Breathing in for seven,

Six.

Exhale right through the center of your chest.

Let it rise.

Squeezing up your body.

The vibration that carries this value of yourself.

Lighting up the heart.

You might feel it fluctuate.

Speed up.

Slow down.

Last time.

Breathing in.

Let it rise.

Now repeat the words.

Or visualize them.

I value myself.

Where does this show up most dominant?

Maybe more predominant in your heart.

Or maybe it's just shifted just a little bit.

Bringing it closer to the guidance that's within.

Getting away from your head and the thoughts.

The 60,

000 thoughts you have a day.

That 80% of them are regurgitations.

They are reminders of our past.

Or they're worries of our future.

Bringing you into presence.

20% of the time.

And amplifying that with affirmations that support your growth.

That support your own self-love.

And that support your manifesting.

You are the deliberate creator.
