Are you feeling heated from a situation? Anxiety and stress are brought to us nearly every day. We have the opportunity to decide how we will react. This meditation is designed to cool down the heat of the attack and put you back in charge of how you feel. This is a guided practice centered around the color blue. The soothing sounds of 396hz solfeggio frequency and chimes assist in releasing tense feelings, removing hidden blockages, and softening subconscious negative beliefs and ideas.

Thank you for joining today's meditation.

This is a short meditation designed to help cool you down.

Find yourself in a seated or lying down position,

Really anywhere that is comfortable and that you can rest easily.

As you arrive in this space,

Just begin to look around you,

Noticing the furniture,

The walls,

Windows,

Doors.

Just taking in your surroundings.

If it's comfortable,

Maybe closing your eyes or just a light gaze into the distance.

Begin to notice your body.

Specifically,

Starting at your toes,

Just where your feet maybe touch the ground or the furniture you're sitting on.

Just recognizing them,

Noticing the comfort or the discomfort and making adjustments as needed.

Maybe drawing your attention up the body to recognize where you are being held by either the floor,

Your bed,

Or your chair.

Just feeling around into your shoulders and the back of your head.

Beginning to consciously breathe and taking note of it coming in through your nose.

Letting it inflate to your belly or around your heart or down your arms.

Just bringing it into your body and then releasing.

Breathing in through your nose.

Letting it come into your body and just focus where you feel that breath and then consciously release through your nose.

Continue to follow this breath,

Just easily breathing in,

Not forceful.

Just sending it down your body,

Letting your body expand and then slowly releasing.

Where do you feel this breath?

Do you feel it residing in your belly?

Do you feel it expanding your ribs or sitting behind your heart?

Do you feel the breath tracing your arms and legs?

Wherever you feel this breath,

See if you can relax that portion of your body just maybe 5% more.

Now slowly beginning to consciously send the breath to parts of the body.

First feeling to where your feet are either on the ground or the heels of your feet touching your bed or couch.

As you breathe in,

Maybe sending your breath to that area and feel that connectedness,

That almost weight as your breath goes downward.

Now maybe sending your breath on the next inhale towards your legs or hips.

To your shoulder blades.

To the back of your head.

If your eyes are closed,

Maybe start to visualize with me.

An energy that's around you.

Just that sense of calm that is in the air.

Maybe beginning to notice a shape or a color through the lens of your visualization.

The color blue.

Just seeing that behind your closed eyelids or even if your eyes are slightly open.

Just feeling the essence of blue.

What does that feel like?

A swirling energy around you.

Maybe it feels cool.

Maybe it feels calm.

It feels like relaxation.

It feels like ease.

It feels like rest.

Visualizing that blue swirling around the crown of your head.

Maybe imagine that you could ingest that energy that's floating around you.

Just absorbing it through the crown of your head.

Maybe it feels cool.

Maybe it feels like it's calming.

Know that this energy feels safe.

Comforting.

And if you are comfortable with this energy,

Allow it to pass through the crown of your head.

Maybe coming through the visualization of your third eye.

Just seeing that tint of blue,

That calming,

Watery energy pass by your third eye.

And slowly allowing it to drip down into the area near your throat.

It feels like expansion.

It feels like stepping into your own power.

This calming yet powerful energy of blue.

Just as water can be softening,

It does have its own forceful elements.

Sensing those elements that are within you.

Just calmly breathing and sending that energy down your body as needed.

Maybe you start to feel it trace your fingers going down your arms and out through your fingertips or down your legs.

This energy is not burdensome.

It's cooling,

Calming,

And washing away any stresses or anxieties that this day has brought to you.

Coming into this present moment,

Just feeling the air temperature around you.

The presence of this blue energy.

Maybe smelling the smells that are in your room.

Not trying to change them.

Just being with this present moment and this present energy.

What does it feel like to you?

Does it feel calm?

Does it feel cool?

Take a breath in through your nose,

Consciously breathing in and feeling that energy,

That blue energy expanding within your throat.

And then slowly dripping down through your arms with your exhale.

Breathing in,

Feel it expand and brighten.

And then dripping down through your body,

Down through your toes.

Allowing this energy of blue to cocoon your body to this place of safety.

This place of calm.

This place of relaxation.

Just as we ingested the blue energy into our body welcoming its presence.

We also welcome the things that are not serving us.

We welcome them as we know that we have light and darkness within us.

Allowing them to be a part of our present.

Allowing us to know what we do like and what we don't like within our day,

Within our week.

Being grateful for the experience.

Loving towards the experiences.

And choosing to direct that blue,

Calming energy as our reaction to these experiences.

This feeling of calm.

This feeling of ease.

This feeling of relaxation.

This feeling of our own self power.

This feeling of our love.

We have the opportunity to experience things that we like and that we don't like.

And it is our choice in how we will react to them.

As you are faced with challenges.

As you are faced with stresses.

Take a breath in.

Let it expand within you as the blue expands and empowers you.

And exhale that same energy to really be a guardian,

To be a director for you.

Letting your own empowerment guide you.

As you are ready.

Maybe start to feel around in your body.

Maybe starting to wiggle your toes.

Your hands.

Maybe shaking your head back and forth.

Slowly as you are ready,

You can begin to open your eyes.

Just look around the room.

Familiarizing yourself with your physical location.

As you go into your day.

Know that you can come back to this feeling of ease.

This feeling of calm.

This feeling of empowerment.

By simply activating your breath just as you did here.

Imagining that calming sense of blue.

Imagining that empowerment that comes from our own.

Self.

From our own center.

Using your voice to not only speak your truth,

But to hear.

To communicate.

Great pace, voice and content. I havenโ€™t mastered the visualization skill yet. Blue is not my favorite color. However, this meditation is high quality so Iโ€™ll definitely use it to improve my skill.
