In this guided meditation, Ruth King invites us to rest in the harmony between the external and internal elements of our being. The earth beneath our feet mirrors the stability within, water flows both in rivers and in our emotions, the fire burns in the sun and in our passion, and the air we breathe is the same as the life force within us. Through this meditation, we are gently guided to experience the deep connection between these elements, nurturing healing and a profound sense of unity with humanity and the world around and within us.

In the mornings when I pray, I greet & thank earth, water, fire/sun & air. This meditation helped me feel connected to those elements in myself — a part of everything and nothing all at once. Thank you.

I experienced calm and wonder as I connected with the myriad sensations, elements, and processes within the body and the outer world that supports each of our bodies.

So lovely. I really enjoyed your pacing and awareness. I was in such a dreamlike state the ending seemed really abrupt. I need to listen again and see if it was just me. Have a wonderful day!

In a kind, calm voice and with well-paced speech, Ruth King gently guides us through a relaxing and grounding meditation. The experience is enriched by a soothing, meditative piano background music, creating a harmonious atmosphere for deep contemplation. While the ending of the music feels somewhat abrupt, this minor flaw does little to detract from the overall beauty and impact of the session, which earns my full five-star rating. Many blessings, and thank you for this lovely contribution 🌈 ♥️ 🙏 🕊️ 🙌 ✨
