Hari Om and welcome to your guided meditation on the road of trying to conceive.

So when you're ready to come to stillness find a quiet place.

Sit down comfortably making sure your feet touch the floor and your spine is nice and tall.

Getting ready to begin.

Feel the support underneath your buttocks.

Feel how you are being supported.

Don't force your eyes closed.

Just bring them to a gentle half gaze.

Take a deep inhale.

Slide out through the mouth.

Another deep inhale.

This time shrugging your shoulders up towards your ears.

And release as you blink your eyes closed.

Letting yourself know that there is no way to go and nothing to do.

And that this is a dedicated time and space to feel good and just be.

This guided meditation simply serves as an object to focus your mind to keep it from wandering especially wandering to places of discomfort or worry.

Take a deep breath in and hold and now very slowly exhale out.

Take a deep breath in.

Hold and now very slowly exhale out.

Repeat this one more time making the breath even bigger and slower this time.

Creativity is your birthright.

Conceiving something,

Parenting someone is part of your dharma meaning the story of your life.

You are part of something.

Your instinct as a parent is connected.

Be in this knowing and in this stillness and in this truth.

Inhale and as you silently say to yourself I am here.

Notice the stillness.

Exhale and say here is safe.

Keep repeating this with deeper and slower breaths each time.

Inhale say to yourself I am here.

Exhale here is safe.

Keep continuing breathing and repeating this to yourself.

Now think about your child.

Maybe they are earth side,

Maybe not yet.

Imagine their essence.

Can you hear them laugh?

Place your hand on your belly.

This is your power house,

Your energetic home.

This is where your instinct lives.

Your voice of truth.

Focus on your belly.

Breathe into it.

Feel its warmth.

Now referring to your belly and womb.

Inhale.

I am here.

Exhale.

Here is safe.

And repeat.

One more time.

Inhale.

I am here.

Exhale.

Here is safe.

Starting to imagine your body being heavy.

Be curious of how heavy you can make your body.

Feel its weight giving into gravity.

Notice if you are lifting your shoulders or clenching your jaw.

Notice if you are lifting your shoulders or clenching your jaw.

Do a body scan and see if you can locate the hiding places where your worry lives.

Imagine now that a little angel came down and assured you that everything will end up perfectly and how it is meant to.

Imagine that there is no need to worry.

How would you feel if you knew with absolute certainty that that was true?

How would you feel and how would you act if you had this knowledge?

I have my eye on the time you just breathe and feel the comfort and the stillness and the knowing that everything will be exactly as it should be.

Everything will be for your highest good.

Give yourself this gift and when we are done with this meditation if you need to shoulder any burden again you can can at that time but for now.

Now you are free and everything is as it is and as it should be.

If your mind is wandering quite a bit return to repeat I am here as you inhale.

Very safe as you exhale.

Keep breathing and just resting in that knowing and the truth and everything will be alright.

Perfect and as it should.

This feeling of calm,

Welcoming is always available for you.

Breathing and thinking that makes you feel good is your right.

Practicing meditation for conception support is like laying out a welcome mat for your spirit baby.

Keep breathing,

Keep resting in the stillness of your truth.

Starting to deepen your breath,

Making the breath big in the belly,

The belly like a balloon.

Don't force your eyes open.

Bring your hands together in prayer at your heart center rubbing your palms quite fast and generate some heat,

Cups as warm palms over your closed eyes.

Allow the heat to drain into the eye sockets.

Relax the eyes and once you feel all the energy has been absorbed from your palms,

Blink your eyes open underneath the cups palms.

Bring some light,

Open the fingers and slowly drop your hands down.

You are ready for the rest of your day,

Calm and centered.
