Namaste,

I'm Rosalie and this is a guided yoga nidra meditation designed to help you shift into extraordinary states of being,

Access the liminal states where the body is deeply resting and the mind remains awake.

From this space you can astral project with ease if you so desire.

You may also have a sense of connecting to a more subtle part of yourself,

Your non-physical energy body,

Or you may slip into a state of deep conscious rest or deep sleep.

You might imagine this track as an invitation,

A calling,

To open a portal to a place of limitless possibilities.

A place of pure twinkling starlight where you can do,

Be and create whatever you desire.

Welcome whatever experience is most needed for you at this time.

No pressure,

No expectations.

Allow whatever happens next to flow with ease and trust that whatever unfolds is most needed for you at this time.

I will first guide you to a state of mind awake,

Body asleep using yoga nidra.

This is also known as NSDR,

Non-sleep,

Deep rest.

I will then guide you through a simple technique to exit your physical body.

There are many techniques.

The one we will explore in this meditation is the third eye technique.

At some point my voice will slip away,

Allowing you to continue whatever experience you're having.

And even if you do not astral project at this time,

You will gain all the benefits of the practice of yoga nidra,

Allowing your body and your mind to bathe in the medicine of stillness and deep rest.

Let's begin.

Could you take a few moments now to get completely comfortable?

Ideally lying on your back,

Could you stretch your legs out and let your feet flop to the sides?

You may like to cover yourself with a blanket,

Perhaps covering your eyes or adjusting your headphones.

Do whatever is needed here to find your most comfortable position.

Could you make any final adjustments now,

Perhaps by asking yourself,

What could you do to be even 1% more comfortable?

You might imagine creating a little nest or a cocoon for yourself,

A warm and cozy space of pure comfort,

Where you feel supported,

Safe,

And cradled by the nose and side out through the mouth.

And again.

One more big inhale.

Breathing in and out through the nose and allow your body to find its natural rhythm.

With every exhale,

Allowing any tension to drain from the body.

Allowing the body to sink back even deeper than before.

Could you let go of any sense of effort?

Nothing is required of you here.

No thinking,

No planning.

Just being fully present right here,

Right now.

The whole of you letting go.

Could you soften all expression in your face?

All expression on your face.

Melting away.

Letting go.

Whole body softening,

Releasing,

Letting go.

Now could you sense the support beneath you?

Sensing all the meeting points with the back of your body?

Now could you sense the front of your body?

The touch of clothes or the blanket?

Sensing the air on your skin?

Noticing the sense of warmth or coolness?

Now could you imagine and sense the walls around you?

The ceiling above you?

And just for a moment,

Could you imagine zooming out and observing yourself from the outside?

Seeing your body lying here,

Resting.

Now zooming back in,

Drawing your awareness back inwards into the entire physical body.

Sensing the whole body softening,

Releasing,

Letting go.

Now could you try to remain completely still,

But if there's anything that prevents you from fully relaxing,

For example if you need to scratch,

There's no harm in moving,

But then return to stillness.

Now could you imagine dropping out of the world of thinking,

Into the realms of feeling,

Sensing and listening?

To gather at the heart space,

The centre of your chest.

Connecting to the energy and wisdom of the heart.

Now from this space,

Could you welcome your sankalpa,

Your heartfelt intention?

If you're not working with your own sankalpa,

Could you invite the phrase,

I am more than my physical body and astral project with ease.

Could you internally whisper your sankalpa or this phrase to yourself three times?

Your own sankalpa or perhaps,

I am more than my physical body and astral project with ease.

Welcoming this seed of intent to be planted deep within your heart.

As you embrace your sankalpa or this phrase with the whole of you.

Now we will rotate our awareness through different parts of the body.

As your attention moves from part to part,

Could you imagine placing a tiny point of starlight in each part?

Lighting up,

Activating that part with your energy and your intention.

At each place I mention in your body,

Could you see,

Sense or imagine this tiny starlight point of light twinkling?

Twinkling.

Beginning in the right thumb,

Placing a tiny point of starlight at the tip of the right thumb.

Tip of the second finger.

Tip of the third finger.

The fourth.

The little finger.

A tiny point of starlight at the palm of the hand.

The back of the hand.

The right wrist.

Shoulder.

The sole of your foot.

The top of your foot.

The tip of the right big toe.

Second toe.

Third.

Fourth.

Little points of light twinkling the whole right side of the body.

Gathering all your awareness now at the left thumb,

Placing a little point of starlight at the tip of the left thumb.

Tip of the second finger.

Tip of the third finger.

Fourth.

Fifth.

And little finger.

Little point of starlight at the palm of the hand.

The back of the hand.

The left wrist.

Elbow.

Shoulder.

The sole of your foot.

The top of your foot.

The tip of the left big toe.

Tip of the second toe.

Third.

And little toe.

Little points of starlight at the top of the right thumb.

Twinkling the whole left side of the body.

Placing,

Sensing,

Imagining tiny points of starlight at your heels.

The centre of your lower legs.

The centre of your hamstrings.

The centre of your glutes.

The base of your spine.

The right shoulder blade.

The left shoulder blade.

The upper back.

The back of your head.

Tiny points of starlight,

Twinkling the whole back body now.

Now the front of the body.

Beginning at the third eye,

The centre of the forehead.

Placing a tiny point of starlight.

Twinkling the whole back body.

The third eye.

The right eye.

The right temple.

Now inside both ears.

Tiny points of starlight inside both ears.

The tip of the nose.

The tip of the tongue.

The upper lip.

The pit of your throat.

The centre of your chest.

Your heart space.

Both shoulders.

The heart space.

The solar plexus energy centre.

Sensing it in the upper abdomen.

The navel centre.

Just below the belly button.

A twinkling point of starlight.

Both hips.

The soles of your feet.

The tips of all ten toes.

The base of the spine.

The navel centre.

The centre of your chest.

The throat centre.

And the third eye point.

Could you see,

Sense or imagine all of these tiny starlight points of light twinkling inside your body like a constellation of stars?

Now,

Could you imagine those stars were reflecting light into the night sky above your body?

Could you see,

Sense or imagine a constellation of stars directly above your body?

To the right of your body.

To the left of your body.

Now,

Remembering the stars twinkling inside your body.

Feel all the little points of light twinkling inside your body and outside the body.

Now,

Allow all of this light to start to gather at the third eye point.

Your entire third eye point filled with twinkling,

Radiant light.

Dazzling like a sea of liquid diamonds.

All sensations in the physical body dissolve,

Melt away.

All your awareness at the third eye centre.

See you are entering this liminal space.

The body deeply resting,

The mind awake.

Now,

You might imagine a door at the third eye centre.

This door opening to explore the limitless possibilities that await you.

The world beyond.

The world of energy,

Light,

Vibration.

With all of this light gathered at the third eye,

This light twinkling here.

Could you imagine breathing in and out from this point?

Opening this door even more with your focus,

Your breath.

Now,

You may begin to sense a tingling,

A subtle sensation at the third eye.

Just imagine opening this door to gaze inwards,

As though you are looking through this opening in the third eye.

Notice whatever arises here.

And if at any point you feel a pull inwards or upwards,

Or there's an inner knowing,

Follow that inner guidance.

Simply let my voice slip away,

Follow your own inner wisdom.

Now,

Remaining calm and centred with all your awareness at the third eye.

Perhaps feeling this pulsing of energy,

Opening the door,

Gazing inwards.

The third eye centre wide open.

Open,

Receptive to being pulled inwards,

Upwards,

Or something else entirely.

Just remaining here as you drift in starlight,

Open and receptive.

Let the physical body drift even closer to the edge of sleep,

As you keep all your awareness here at the third eye centre.

Twinkling light,

Dazzling light.

You may notice sensations,

Surges of energy flowing through you.

And if you do sense any sensations at any time,

Could you completely surrender to them?

Allow yourself to be carried along by these surges of energy,

And just bring all your awareness away from the physical body.

Perhaps with a simple command,

Out of body now,

As you imagine yourself emerging somewhere else.

Drifting here in this sea of starlight,

With all your awareness at the third eye centre.

You may become more and more aware of this subtle energy part of you,

Your non-physical energy body.

Just drifting here,

Keeping all your awareness at the third eye,

Remaining open and receptive to whatever unfolds.

And know that you are so close to that part of you that's completely free of all limits.

That part of you that is so much more than the physical body and can astral project with ease.

Drifting here in this sea of starlight,

Within you and above you,

All around you.

Ready and free of all limits.

And could you remember your sankalpa for this practice?

Perhaps your own,

Or perhaps the phrase,

I am more than my physical body and can astral project with ease.

Internally whisper your sankalpa,

Or this phrase to yourself.

I will leave you here in this space,

This space of twinkling starlight,

Drifting in starlight,

To continue whatever experience you're having.

Remain calm and know that you are safe and can return at any time,

Simply by thinking of your physical body.

But for now,

Continue to drift in starlight,

Connecting deeply to that opening at the third eye's centre,

And be open and receptive to being drawn inwards,

Upwards,

Or in whatever way might present themselves to you.

Trust in your own inner wisdom.
