Then, you'll cultivate an inner resource (a safe space within yourself) that you can use to befriend and respond to your thoughts and emotions and experience peace. I'm Richard Miller,

Founder of I-Rest Institute and developer of I-Rest Yoga Nidra Meditation.

Emotions and thoughts that many of us experience in our daily lives.

We all have the capacity,

No matter how stressful our life is,

To experience an unbreakable inner felt sense of joy,

Peace,

Well-being and security,

No matter our circumstance.

I-Rest meditations can help you experience unbreakable well-being every day,

Through these simple and powerful practices you can give yourself relief from troubling thoughts and worries and experience inner resources of ease,

When you experience worry,

Stress,

Or sleep-related challenges,

You can find it beneficial to engage in an I-Rest practice first thing in the morning,

During your day,

While taking a daytime nap,

Before going to sleep at night,

Or to help you get back to sleep after a nighttime awakening.

Taking a 10-minute I-Rest break during your day can support you to carry on with your daily responsibilities with an underlying sense of calm,

Ease,

And well-being.

Over time,

Regularly practicing I-Rest meditation can help you see through the thoughts and perceptions so you can experience true health,
