This short exercise gives you an update on how you are in this present moment. It's reading your inner barometer by being aware of thoughts, emotionsand fysical sensations (whether pleasant, unpleasant, neutral). From this moment onward you'll start the rest of your life. It can give clarity and focus.

So please getting to a comfortable position.

Maybe that's lying down or sitting up.

Let us first check in so that we know how to read our inner barometer.

And maybe it's early in the day or at the end of the day or somewhere in the middle.

It's good to know how you feel right now.

So let us first check what the head is like.

Are there many thoughts?

Maybe about things that happened or things that are about to happen?

Worries?

Or maybe it's quiet in there?

There might also be a sort of a mood present or an emotion.

Even if you can only say whether it is pleasant or unpleasant or neutral.

And then focusing on your body for a while and seeing what's there.

Maybe the body is tired or tired of you.

Maybe you're just feeling a little bit of a chill.

Maybe you're feeling a little bit of a fear.

Maybe the body is tired.

You're feeling warm,

Cold,

Lively.

Maybe some tension,

Pain or some other uneasiness present in your body.

Just notice.

Just notice.

No need to do anything with it.

And allowing yourself to accept it the way it is.

It's there anyway.

So this is a way to mindfully checking into yourself.

Reading your mind,

Your mood or emotions and your bodily sensations.
