Hello and welcome.

Let's all take a few minutes to breathe and start the day right.

Whatever you may be doing right now,

Please continue to do so.

Sometimes getting a break means doing two things at once.

I want you to set a goal for taking five minutes to yourself this week without multitasking.

You can do it.

But for now,

Just be proud of yourself for finding this meditation.

I'd like you to take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

No matter what's happening around you,

You can do this.

Try it again.

Deep breath in and fill your belly like a beach ball.

Hold it and release it all the way.

Say this to yourself.

I can do anything.

If your kids are there,

Have them say it along with you.

Say it again in your head or out loud as you breathe in and breathe out.

I can do anything.

Be proud of yourself for showing your kids what a strong woman looks like.

Take a deep beach ball breath in.

Hold it and release it.

Even when we're vulnerable,

We are strong because we get through it.

With the next set of breaths,

I want you to say these words.

I'm focused and organized.

Take a deep breath in.

Hold it and let it out.

I'm focused and organized.

Let that sink in.

Breathe deeply while you consider the truth of these words.

You're making them true right now.

You're focused and you're organized.

Last but certainly not least,

We're going to say it's okay to be imperfect.

With the next breath out,

I want you to say this to yourself with conviction.

Life is not always easy.

Love yourself anyway.

Teach your children what self-love and acceptance looks like.

Deep breath in and out.

It's okay to be imperfect.

It's okay to be imperfect.

It's okay to be imperfect.

You're wonderful.

You're doing your best.

Be kind to yourself today.

You're doing a great job.

Thank you for taking this precious time for yourself.

Don't forget to breathe in deeply.

No more shallow breathing today,

Okay?

Have an amazing day.
