This gentle micro-talk introduces the Hawaiian practice of Ho’oponopono as a quiet offering to someone you hold in your heart. With soft reflection and spacious pauses, it helps release emotional weight, restore connection, and soften the space between you and another, all through the power of intention and simple phrases. Let the words flow outward… and let peace return within.

Ho'oponopono You're invited into a quiet,

Ancient practice of healing,

A Hawaiian tradition called Ho'oponopono.

This means to make things right,

To restore harmony.

This simple,

Yet profound practice can be spoken softly,

Or to oneself out loud,

And usually is directed towards someone you love,

Someone you miss,

Or someone else from your past or present,

That,

Intuitively,

It feels right to do this practice.

Ho'oponopono is based on four phrases.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

A whisper of recognition,

Not blame,

Just acknowledgement.

Please forgive me.

A gentle request,

Spoken from the heart,

Spoken to another,

To life itself.

Thank you.

A shift begins.

Gratitude finds the cracks in the dark and fills them with light.

I love you.

A quiet,

Unconditional love,

The kind that holds all parts.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Thanks 🙏 Reuben 💛 I was looking for a Ho’oponopono practice to direct towards myself ( I had found my way to some negative thoughts and feelings) ( hey, bipolar, I found the bottom of the roller coaster I cyclically ride ) and I knew that I needed a little love and forgiveness for the self judgement I had put upon myself. It was comforting to hear your interpretation of the practice and I was both surprised and pleased to find that you have more than one version of this practice. ✨💛💫 Thanks again 😽

Good morning Reuben! I’ve listened to Ho’oponopono so often in the other lists of tracks of yours at night but I’ve fallen asleep midway! But when I listened to it now in the morning each word sank into me so deeply. I could feel the emotion in your words and it filled me with such joy that it’s hard to explain. I don’t know if this one from the Amazing Insights is a little different from the others. It’s so beautiful and so are the others! Forever, Tanusree ❤️💕

I was introduced to this many years ago. However, to listen to you saying these words is beautiful. Thank you Reuben. 🙏💜🕊

The more I listen to this in the different tracks you’ve made, the deeper it penetrates and the more I take it on board. A question … why can you edit responses to tracks but not to responses in courses?
