Hi,
My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to this guided sleep meditation,
The great awakening.
I'm going to ask you to find a comfortable place where nobody will interrupt and where you can relax completely.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes.
With your eyes closed,
Scan your body,
Starting from your head,
Going down to your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Your chest,
Your belly,
Feeling your hips,
Your legs,
And your feet.
Relaxing your whole body,
From your head all the way down to your feet.
And relaxing your mind.
Softly bringing your attention to your breath,
Entering a deeper state of concentration and relaxation with each breath.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Feeling how your body relaxes more and more and more as your focus and concentration becomes deeper and deeper with each breath.
That's it.
And now,
Simply follow my voice and listen to what I'm going to tell you as you continue breathing and relaxing more and more.
Milarepa was a boy born in the 11th century in Tibet.
His father,
A wealthy landowner,
Passed away when he was young,
Leaving the family estate to Milarepa and his mother.
However,
His uncle seized their property,
Causing great suffering and hardship for Milarepa and his mother.
Milarepa grew bitter.
In a desperate attempt to seek revenge from his uncle,
Milarepa turned to black magic and sorcery.
In his search for more powers to do evil,
He found Marpa,
A Buddhist guru,
Who accepted him as a disciple and put him through tests of character.
Milarepa wanted the power to harm so badly that he was willing to do anything Marpa told him to do.
With the training,
Milarepa was gaining greater abilities.
He learned the dark arts,
Causing harm,
Suffering,
And even killing those who had done harm to him and his family,
Including his uncle.
Later on,
His master Marpa realized the negative impact this was having on Milarepa's life.
Marpa,
Regretting his decision to teach him the dark arts,
Sent Milarepa to a renowned Buddhist master named Naropa.
Under the guidance of this master,
Milarepa faced numerous trials and hardships.
He was instructed to build and then dismantle stone houses repeatedly,
Which symbolized the need to let go of material attachments.
Milarepa's determination and perseverance were tested throughout this arduous process.
During his struggles,
Milarepa was able to overcome his fears and overcome his fears.
Experiencing profound remorse for his past actions and the suffering he had caused others.
This led him to renounce his dark practices and embrace a path of spiritual awakening.
And before he realized it,
He had already changed the direction of his life.
He became a devoted student of Buddhism,
Engaging in meditation,
Chanting,
And intense spiritual practices.
Milarepa's transformational journey continued as he retreated to remote caves in the mountains,
Living a life of solitude and austerity.
He endured extreme physical hardships,
Including cold weather and scarcity of food,
As he dedicated himself to meditation and self-realization.
Over time,
Milarepa's spiritual mastery grew and he gained a reputation as an enlightened master.
Milarepa became one of the greatest masters in Tibet.
Many disciples sought his teachings and his fame spread throughout Tibet.
He was a virtuous person of good character and great love for people.
Milarepa's teachings focused on the impermanence of life,
The importance of compassion,
And the pursuit of inner peace.
Milarepa's legacy lives on through his songs and poetry,
Which convey profound spiritual insights.
His life story serves as an inspiration for seekers of truth and illustrates and illustrates the transformative power of spiritual practice and the possibility of redemption.

His journey from darkness to enlightenment is a testament to the transformative power of spirituality and the human capacity of redemption.
Continue breathing and feel how your body is now completely relaxed.
Getting ready to sleep.
Relaxed.
Getting ready to sleep deeply.
All of your emotions,
Sensations,
And thoughts can be used to work toward a worthwhile goal.
With this resting position,
You can work with your intellect,
With your intellect,
Your emotions,
And your body.
Using your dreams to awaken your intellect,
To control your emotions,
And to heal your body naturally.
Think enlightenment.
Imagine that special state,
Feeling that wonderful state of the great awakening that can be reached one day.
Continue enjoying working with your intellect,
Your emotions,
And your body as you rest and sleep.
Relax.
My voice will leave you now.
You'll continue working like this until you feel it's time to come back to the present.
And when you do,
You'll feel so much better.
Ready to continue to work on yourself and your path towards enlightenment.
Right where you are.
Thank you for listening,
And I'll talk to you next time.
