Only listen when you can safely relax and are able to get as comfortable as possible.

Hi,

My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to this guided meditation Door to the Subconscious in which we will enter the subconscious to gain access to the great treasure of knowledge that is buried within you and find the answers to the questions we are looking for.

I'm going to ask you to get into a comfortable place where no one is going to interrupt you for the next several minutes and make yourself as comfortable as possible.

You can sit or lie down,

Whatever is best for you.

The important thing is that you have your back straight.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and let it out.

Take another deep breath in and release the air again.

That's it.

And notice how you're feeling right now.

Feel your head,

Feel your shoulders,

Feel your arms,

Feel your belly moving in and moving out with each breath.

You can also feel your legs and your feet.

Is there any pain?

Do you have any physical or emotional tension in your body?

Just notice it without trying to change it.

And generally,

When observing the body,

We can feel how it starts to relax automatically and you can feel a sense of tranquility and peace that increases with each second that goes by.

You can also feel your breath and by focusing on the air entering and leaving your body,

You can feel how the senses of your body that put you in contact with the outside world are effortlessly disconnected and your breathing becomes the most important thing in this moment.

Feel the air entering your body and leaving your body and letting it out.

And leaving your body,

Feeling the rhythm of your breath and feel the air as it fills your lungs with oxygen.

And notice the movement that is created in your body with each inhalation and each exhalation.

And as you inhale and exhale,

You can relax more and more.

More and more.

And your concentration is becoming deeper and deeper with each passing minute.

And your arms and your legs are becoming heavier and heavier.

And there's less need to move or pay attention.

And your problems and worries are disappearing more and more.

And there is this feeling of peace and tranquility increasing more and more in your body.

There's a feeling of well-being with each breath and with each exhalation,

You can feel how your emotional or physical tension are being released from your body.

And you can enjoy this moment of peace,

Inhaling and exhaling.

Knowing that you are in peace.

And exhaling,

Knowing that with each breath,

Your being is filled with life.

And gently,

I'm going to ask you to put your attention on your nose.

And feel the air entering through your nose,

Passing through your throat,

And reaching your lungs.

And you can feel how the air returns from your lungs through your throat and now through your nose again.

And notice if there's any difference in temperature between the air that enters your body and the air that's leaving your body with each inhalation and exhalation.

That's it.

And notice how you're feeling right now.

What sensations are in your body?

What emotion are you feeling right now?

Are you happy?

Sad?

Nervous?

Are you afraid of something?

Do you feel stressed out?

Are you worried about something?

Or do you feel content and at ease?

Just observe how you're feeling right now.

Becoming aware of the emotions that are coming through your body.

And whatever you're feeling right now.

I'm not trying to change anything.

Just observe and let it be.

And with each inhalation,

The air that enters into your lungs,

And the air that enters your lungs,

Is then sent out to every cell of your body,

Nourishing your body,

Allowing you to feel what you're feeling right now.

You can notice how with each inhalation and exhalation,

Your body feels much better.

As you are releasing more and more of all that stress and tension,

You're feeling much better.

As you are releasing more and more of all that stress and physical tension and emotional tension.

And you can also release any emotion that does not allow you to relax right now.

And you can also use this opportunity to let go of the past.

Let go of the past and take your time.

That's it.

And now I'm going to count from one to five.

And when I say five,

You're going to enter a deeper and more pleasant state of concentration.

One,

Two,

Three.

You already feel like your concentration is becoming deeper and more pleasant.

Four,

Five.

That's it.

And in this deeper and more pleasant state of concentration,

I'm going to ask you to visualize your happy place.

This place will be a place that you can return to in your subconsciousness as many times as necessary.

In this place,

You're going to decide what you want to put in it and what you don't want to put in it.

It is a place where everything is perfect and everything is fine because you decided so.

You can also imagine in great detail everything you want to be in this happy place.

Your happy place can be a forest,

Can be a beach,

Or it could be on top of a mountain.

You can simply imagine a huge room with four walls,

Which you can decorate however you like.

And you can make one of those walls a big window with the best view in the world.

Either looking out to the sea,

The forest,

Or if you're on top of a mountain looking down towards a beautiful valley,

Enjoying this beautiful place.

It is a place where you can feel safe,

You can choose the colors that you want,

The kind of floors you want to put on it.

Even the temperature can be perfect,

Just how you like it.

And the furniture can also be designed however you want.

And remember,

There's no limit to your imagination,

So take your time to design your happy place however you want it.

That's it.

And continue visualizing this place as you love it.

This place can feel happy because you designed it to your liking,

And everything is perfect because that's how you like it.

And as you continue creating your happy place,

Allow yourself the opportunity to create the place of your dreams and visualize it.

Seed in your imagination and allow the creative juices to flow,

Putting everything you've always wanted to have in one place.

That's it.

And now,

I'm going to ask you to create a special place in your happy place,

In which you're going to put your favorite chair and couch.

And you're going to sit in this place,

Enjoying the spectacular view from your place.

And looking at your place,

Or the ocean,

The forest,

Or whatever you want to look at.

And as you sit on this chair or couch,

Feel the texture of this chair.

How comfortable is it?

And as you sit and you're watching the view from your happy place,

Feel the emotion that comes from this pleasure of knowing that you have this beautiful place that you've created for yourself.

That's it.

And now,

You get thirsty all of a sudden,

And you decide to get up to make your favorite drink.

And you make your favorite drink.

And as you finish,

You put on your favorite music track.

And again,

You sit back in your special place to drink your favorite drink,

Listening to your favorite song.

As you continue to enjoy the beautiful landscape of your happy place,

Can you taste the flavor of your favorite drink?

Can you listen to your favorite song as if you were listening to it right now?

And what does this moment smell like?

And if it doesn't smell like anything,

What would you like your happy place to smell like?

And you can feel the perfect temperature of your happy place,

A wonderful feeling of well-being and happiness that will increase with each moment that you're there.

And the images of this place in your mind,

The colors,

The flavors,

The sounds,

And the smells,

Will intensify with each passing moment.

Feel how the images appear in high definition.

And you can feel the music and surround sound with your whole being.

Tasting the flavors of this moment,

Smelling this moment.

It's a beautiful feeling in your whole being of happiness.

And this feeling is being transferred onto your physical body.

And observe how your body receives these emotions and vibrations that you're experiencing in your happy place.

That's it.

And while you continue to enjoy your happy place,

Suddenly somebody knocks on the door.

And deep down you know it was someone you were waiting for.

You get up from your favorite chair or the couch,

And you walk up to the door.

You open the door,

And you find a person that you admire a lot.

It is someone you know who has a lot of wisdom to share with you and the answers to your questions.

It can be someone known or unknown.

Someone famous,

Perhaps,

Who's alive or dead.

And you greet this person with a hug.

And as you hug this person you can feel the texture in their clothes and their smell.

And it gives you great joy to welcome this person to your happy place.

And you invite this person to come in.

You take them to your special place within your happy place.

And you offer them a drink.

Ask them to sit with you as you prepare their drink.

You give them their drink.

And sit with them and talk with this person for several minutes.

You can ask this person everything you ever wanted to know.

And you know deep inside that this person is going to help you find those answers and the guidance that you need.

And you can ask the questions that you want.

Or you can also ask about a specific problem that you would like to solve right now.

And take your time to listen to the answer.

The answer may come in words.

But it is also possible that this person will show you the answer through an image or a series of images.

All you have to do is open your mind and be receptive to the answer.

Opening your heart to receive the answer that comes from this collective consciousness.

And you have the confidence and assurance that the answer that this person is going to give you is the solution to your problem or the answer to your question.

That's it.

And you continue talking with this person.

And you only have two more questions that you can ask this person.

What would you like to ask?

Ask your questions and allow them to give you the answers.

That's it.

And you already feel satisfied with your answers,

With this conversation.

And you thank them for being there,

For coming to see you.

And once again you give this person a big hug.

And as you hug them,

Feel their energy.

And notice how that energy is being transferred to you.

And you can feel as if their wisdom has just passed on to you.

And as you walk this person to the door,

You can walk with more confidence.

Yelling like you have the answers now.

And you can thank them again for being here.

And say goodbye.

And as you close the door and return to your couch,

You can walk with more confidence.

Feeling ecstatic and happy to be in your happy place.

And as you sit back on your chair,

You start to reflect on what this person said or didn't say.

And don't worry if you feel like the answer has not reached you yet.

Sometimes it can take a few hours,

A few days,

Or a few weeks.

And also know that you can access this happy place anytime you like in your self-consciousness.

When you need to look for solutions and answers to your questions.

And finally,

Take a last look at your happy place.

And feel the satisfaction that comes from knowing that you have this happy place that is yours and nobody else's.

To which you can return whenever you want to.

Say goodbye to your things and your special space.

And keep it in your self-consciousness.

And little by little you're going to start to bring your attention and your awareness to your breath again.

Bring your awareness to where your body is again.

Observe your breath coming into your body.

And leaving your body.

Becoming aware of your body little by little.

And notice if there's any changes in your body.

Or if you've taken any decisions in this meditation.

And that's it.

And little by little you're going to wake up feeling your feet,

Your arms,

Your legs,

And your whole body.

Feeling the temperature in the room where you're at.

You can listen to some of the sounds that are in the room or outside of the room.

Opening your eyes.

That's it.

Stretching your body like you just woke up from a very nice nap.

And that will be the end of this meditation.
