Health does not always come from medicine. Most of the time, it comes from peace of mind, peace of the heart, peace of the sou. It comes from laughter and love. In this meditation, we will practice reliving the happiest moments of our past as well as re-experiencing the most beautiful sensations that make us feel happy. By reliving these moments, we will be able to experience mental and physical inner peace, as well as laughter and experience love for ourselves and others. I wish you all the best!

Hi,

My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to this Feeling Good Mindfulness Meditation.

No matter how bad things may be in your life at the moment,

The truth is,

We've all experienced moments in our lives which we felt some form of happiness or well-being.

So today,

We're going to practice feeling good by re-experiencing those moments.

Those moments in our lives that have made a difference,

That made us feel good at some point in our past.

So let's begin.

Please get into a comfortable position.

Either lay down or sit down on a chair.

And close your eyes.

And with your eyes closed,

Can you think of something you are doing this morning?

Can you think of something you are doing specifically?

For example,

Eating breakfast.

Can you remember this moment?

And can you think of how you are feeling this morning?

Now,

I'm pretty sure we all have something that we love to eat.

Something that when we eat it,

We know for sure it's going to make us feel better.

So for example,

For me,

It's a slice of pizza.

Oh my gosh,

Just give me a slice of pizza and I'll feel amazing.

So can you think of something specific that you know you love to eat?

Something that you know when you eat it?

You automatically feel good during and even after you're done eating it.

Something that you know makes you happy.

And can you think of the flavor of that food right now?

Can you think of the taste of that food?

What does it taste like?

What does that smell like?

What does that food remind you of?

And I wonder if you can enjoy the feeling that comes from eating your favorite food right now.

Now,

We also have certain songs that when we listen to them,

We automatically feel so good.

As soon as that tune comes on,

Either on the radio or on our phones,

We perk up and feel this beautiful sensation all over our bodies of well-being and happiness.

It's this amazing rush that excites our bodies.

It's a great feeling.

I know for me there's a song that whenever I listen to it and I'm feeling down,

It always does the trick for me.

It makes me feel more energized and ready to go at it again.

Can you think of one song for you that you know for sure does that to you?

Can you remember that song?

And I wonder if you can listen to that tune in your mind right now.

What does it sound like?

That's it.

If you can listen to the song right now,

You can feel so good by experiencing that same feeling of fun and that great sensation in your body from listening to your favorite song.

That's it.

And you can experience that,

Pretty experience that in your body and feel something special right now.

Now,

There are also certain smells and when we smell them,

We automatically feel this fuzzy feeling inside of us and some of them relax us and makes us feel good right away.

For example,

For me,

It's the smell of wet soil after the rain.

I don't know why but it brings me peace of mind and this feeling of inner peace that comes from after the storm.

I love meditating after the rain and smelling that smell that comes from wet plants.

And so,

Can you think of what smell you absolutely love and when you smell it,

You automatically feel so good after it.

What does that smell like?

And I wonder if you can smell that right now and how does that smell make you feel right now?

And take your time re-experiencing that smell.

And now,

I know there are many sensations that we've all experienced throughout our lives but there's a certain sensation that you know you love to feel.

For example,

I love the feeling of my feet when I'm walking on sand at the beach.

That feeling of the sand going through my toes and massaging the bottom of my feet.

Oh yeah,

It feels so good.

So,

Can you think of what sensation you absolutely love to feel?

And what does that feel like?

And can you remember the last time you experienced that feeling?

How did you feel?

And I wonder if you can re-experience that sensation in your body right now.

That's it.

Feeling so good.

And allowing your body to become even more comfortable.

Enjoying this moment,

Re-experiencing this beautiful feeling that you love so much.

Now,

I know there are also certain activities that we know when we do them,

We automatically feel good.

During and even after we do it.

For example,

I absolutely love to run.

And so when I go out running and feel the wind on my face,

I feel so good.

And I just love that feeling,

That high that comes from running.

And even after I run,

When I'm showering and it feels good,

I feel accomplished.

It's a great feeling of well-being.

So,

Can you think of what you love to do?

Think of that one thing you know you love.

That's it.

Do you remember the last time you did that?

How did you feel during and after that activity?

And how much energy were you experiencing in that moment?

What does it feel like to do that activity?

And I wonder if you can re-experience that feeling right now.

That's it.

I can feel so good.

You can feel so good right now simply by re-experiencing and remembering that moment.

Take your time and enjoy.

And now,

I know we've all experienced many moments in our lives.

But there are a few that we can say are moments that really shaped who we are today.

Moments of intense happiness and a great feeling of confidence.

Perhaps a time in which we accomplished something that wasn't easy,

But we finally did it.

For example,

I like to run marathons.

And that feeling I get from crossing that finish line after 26.

2 miles is priceless to me.

So,

Can you think of one moment in your life when you felt accomplished and that great sense of confidence?

Can you remember how you were moving?

Can you remember how much energy you were feeling at that time?

And I wonder if you can re-experience that moment right now and re-experience that same energy spreading throughout your whole body.

That's it.

Feeling that energy.

That's it.

Enjoying this moment.

Re-experiencing that moment of energy and confidence.

.

And notice how your body is feeling right now.

It's a great feeling that comes from re-experiencing those beautiful moments in our lives.

And now you don't have to do anything.

Your body and your subconsciousness are adjusting and producing the changes that are necessary for you to re-experience a healthier body,

A more refreshed mind,

More confidence,

More energy,

More concentration,

And overall healthier sensations all over your body,

More inner peace,

And experiencing more love for yourself and others more than ever.

That's it.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Feeling is so good.

That's it.

As you continue to breathe,

You can experience a great feeling of well-being,

More focus and self-acceptance as your energy is adjusting,

Knowing that the benefits of this guided meditation will continue even after this guided meditation is over.

And you know,

There are many benefits that come from meditating,

Such as a boost of your immune system,

An improved digestive system,

An improved circulatory system,

An increased energy,

And many,

Many more benefits.

And so I wonder what improvements you're going to experience first.

And one thing is certain,

By practicing this meditation,

Your body can experience a good feeling of relaxation and well-being.

So take your time to allow your mind and self-consciousness to do whatever they consider is necessary for you to experience the small and big improvements in your life.

And I'm sure by now you can already feel much,

Much,

Much better.

And little by little you can start to come back to the present,

Bringing all those good feelings to your life.

Little by little,

Feeling your feet and your toes,

Becoming more aware of the present and the sounds inside and outside of the room you're in.

Opening your eyes whenever you feel like it and experiencing this moment as if it was the first time you were experiencing the present.

Looking at the colors and the things around you and stretching your body.

Breathing in and breathing out and feeling so good.

And that's going to be the end of today's meditation.

Please let me know what you think and see you next time.
