My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to this guided meditation to calm the mind and be in the present and reduce stress quickly.
I'm going to ask you that wherever you are,
Whatever you're doing,
Let go of everything for a couple of minutes and close your eyes.
With your eyes closed,
I'm going to ask you to feel the temperature of the place where you are.
That's it and now notice what kind of thoughts are in your mind.
And that's it and now observe what emotions are in your body right now.
What are you feeling?
That's it.
Now release your thoughts and let them go and take a deep breath in and release the air.
That's it and continue with your attention to your breath.
Feeling the air entering your body and feeling the air coming out of your body as your body relaxes.
Relaxing your head more,
Relaxing your back and your chest,
Relaxing your arms and your hands and relaxing your legs and your feet.
Perfect and now you don't have to do anything for a couple of minutes.
Just stay there enjoying the moment.
That's it and slowly opening your eyes,
Stretching your body,
Feeling much better,
More relaxed,
Feeling more alive and returning to the present.
And now observe the colors and the shapes of the things that are around you and find something,
Maybe a stain or anything in the room where you're at that you have not noticed before.
That's it and now listen to some of the sounds around you.
