Welcome to this I Am Safe meditation.
My name is Robert Christiansen.
Thank you for joining me.
As with all my meditations,
We're gonna start off with some simple breathing exercises.
We will exhale through our nose,
Collapse our abdomen muscles and tighten them,
And then inhale through our nose again and hold for a 10 count.
After the 10 count,
We will release the air back through our nose and do that for a total of three times.
So let's get started.
Close your eyes,
Plant your feet,
And get yourself settled and relaxed.
Let's go ahead and exhale.
We will inhale through our nose,
Collapse our stomach muscle and tighten them,
And inhale and hold.
And release.
Tighten and collapse and inhale and hold.
And let that go.
Collapse and tighten and inhale and hold.
And let that go.
Let's get a catch-up breath and let that go as well.
And relax.
Open and relax.
Repeat after me.
I am safe.
I am protected.

I am grateful for my safe home.
I am brave.
I trust people.
I am resilient.
I am capable.
People help me all the time.
I can count on people to show up.
I am safe.
I see safety everywhere I look.
