Welcome to this guided visualization and inner awareness meditation to help cultivate a close relationship with yourself and what it is that you want to attract more of into your life.

Through the power of metacognition and contemplation and noticing the present moment,

All that is,

We can seek a deeper truth that lies within us.

We get to experience the layers that are present within.

So firstly starting to find your meditation position,

Wherever you are lengthening through your spine,

Finding a relaxed,

Engaged posture.

I encourage you to be sat upright,

But if you need to relax,

Then lay down.

Allowing the external outside world to fade away into the abyss and allow and honor this time for you to come within.

You are here to connect with your deepest truth and to open the space for the highest vibration so that you may attract more of what it is you desire to be the master of your life.

With your eyes gently closed,

Starting to relax through your physical body,

Bringing awareness around your head,

Softening the top of the head,

Forehead,

Back of the head,

Ears,

Face,

Eyes,

Cheeks,

Jaw,

Skin of the face.

Allowing it to melt and calm,

Allowing all your muscles to relax now in the face.

Washing down this relaxation from the head through the neck and shoulders,

Down both arms,

Down your center,

Just imagine this wave washing through your center,

Down your legs.

All the way down your legs to your feet,

Starting then at the base of your body,

Going a layer deeper and just noticing every toe.

Notice the soles of the feet and your heels,

Notice your ankles,

Calves,

Knees,

Notice any sensations in the thighs,

Glutes,

Hip bones,

Pelvis,

Root and sacral space.

Noticing any sensations in the center of the body,

Just notice,

Rising up through the chest and shoulders,

Noticing the arms once more,

Now with more detail coming down to the hands,

The fingers.

Rising back up through to your neck and where we start at the head,

Notice your body as a whole,

Just notice.

Noticing your breath,

The quality of your breath,

The depth of your breath,

Inviting your breath deeper into the body.

Allowing your breath to be your key and tool to relaxation and deeper connection with life force energy,

Prana,

So inviting in these deep nourishing breaths.

Notice which parts of your body expand and contract,

Expand as you inhale and contract as you exhale.

Going a layer deeper now,

Noticing what emotions are present,

Noticing any feelings,

Any sensations through feeling.

Without any judgement or labelling as good or bad feelings,

Just noticing what is here in this moment,

Rather than labelling that I am feeling this way,

Just noticing the feeling from an external point of view.

Rising up to your mind and noticing your thoughts,

Being curious of where your thoughts have been during this practice and where they are at the moment.

Noticing your thoughts,

Just like a projection,

A screen,

A reel of thoughts,

Just allowing them to unfold.

Without attachment,

Just noticing,

And then being aware and notice that you are noticing.

We find this new awareness that through noticing what we are noticing,

We no longer become our thoughts or feelings or physical sensations,

No longer the mind,

The emotions,

The body.

But the soul,

The witness,

Observer,

The one who notices,

Sees things going on,

Internally and externally.

As you get more relaxed,

Allow yourself to go deeper into this observation.

Gently affirming a few times,

I am,

And any time a label starts to place itself at the end of I am,

Just releasing that and returning to the simplicity of I am.

I am everything,

I am this universe,

I am the soul that is observing this present moment.

And then as we practice more and more the noticing,

We get to then choose what thoughts and feelings are most serving for our soul purpose,

Our truth,

Our highest good.

Having non-attachment,

Non-reaction to thoughts and feelings can help our behaviour,

Our process and programming in life.

To take a back step,

To take a moment and notice,

Ah,

Aha.

And then taking action on the thoughts,

Feelings and behaviours that benefit your unique existence.

Within this space,

Starting to open the field to higher potentials and what it is that your soul craves.

So that which is now noticing the body,

Your being,

What is it that the observer,

What is it asking or yearning for?

What do the deeper levels of yourself call to?

What does your heart desire?

What makes you feel emotion,

Deep emotion,

If you could have this in your life or if you were without it?

What do you want to do more of to bring the bliss,

Joy and love into your life?

This is your soul's truth.

Visualising a thread or a flow of energy that represents your soul truth.

It could be of any colour,

Any pattern.

See this thread moving towards a star,

Your north star.

Point of direction to move towards that allows you to flow.

That allows you to navigate this wild world,

This crazy world,

To keep you in alignment with your soul's truth.

Visualising all that you need and desire to flow to you now.

That which is of the highest good flows to me now.

That which empowers my life flows with me now.

That which I call and yearn for is a part of me now.

I am on my true path.

I am connected to my purpose.

I am a magnet to the highest potential for my life.

I am the witness,

Observer,

Notice.

Simply notice.

Take this with you throughout your day,

Your life.

That you can just choose to notice.

And take the correct action,

That which feels in alignment with your truth.

Feeling the infinite space within and around you.

The infinite potential and purest vibration.

Taking a deep breath wherever you are now to close your practice.

Exhaling to soften and release.

And send yourself a wave of gratitude for showing up.

For being the witness.

For noticing all that you notice.

For finding the space.

The deep spaces within.

If it feels aligned to,

On your next inhalation,

Raising the hands out to the side and up to the sky.

Bringing the arms and hands together.

For a prayer mudra.

Bringing your hands down to your heart and bowing your head to your hands to your heart.

Notice the energy within.

Be of service for your life.

Giving thanks to you now.
