This meditation can help you if you are stuck in a challenging situation and want to look at it with a loving distance from the perspective of the 'Self'. In this audio I have used the basic structure of the Triple Welcoming from the Sedona Method (an emotional release Process) to develop an IFS (Internal Family Systems) parts meditation.
