My Goal is to expand the 11th Step Meditation dimension within the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. The 11th Step states: “Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out.” I believe that we can do the inner work of each of the 12 Steps in meditation while taking the outer action on each step.
