All the breath practice is a way to get this kind of really pure intelligence running through your system.

And I spoke about this yesterday at the class.

There's a word,

And none of these words make any difference or any sense unless you can actually have some practical application and some experience of what I mean.

But I'll say this because you guys are advanced practitioners and some of you this might do something for you.

There's something called nadis.

The nadis are the pranic circuitry.

So we have meridians in the body,

Which are a different set of kind of circuitry,

And then we have neurological circuitry,

And then we have the nadis,

Which are pranic circuitry.

Even a yogi who is practiced,

There's about 72,

000 of these pranic circuitries or highways,

And even a yogi who is practiced in pranayama,

Only about 10,

000 of them are open and accessible to run energy through.

So the pranayama practice is,

Even if we can get 10,

20,

30,

40 exponentially open these kind of highways of energy in the system,

You can see 10,

000 to 72,

000,

You're going to have a big jump of how much energy that is circuiting through your system.

The reason why we're interested in that,

And the same thing with the sound,

The way the sound works in the system,

The reason why we're interested in that is that we're in a highly pressurized situation on the planet,

And everyone needs all the energy you can get.

Okay,

And we're just at the tip of the iceberg,

Because part of what's happening and is going to be happening in this next decade,

20 years,

Is a lot of these futuristic things that we've only seen in movies are going to start to actually occur,

And our nervous systems have to be strong enough to be able to handle the world we're going to be living in.

So this kind of opening of the naughty channels is just another way,

And there's lots of ways,

But it's another way to run more of a circuit of energy or electricity through your system.

So is the sound.

So the sound,

Same thing.

We're going to do something with this satanama that's kind of wild,

And you'll start to feel the velocity of the sound through this,

And we're not going to do the math,

But if we did the math,

The way that we're going to run this repetition of sound through all of our systems is so exponential that in a 31 minute experience of satanama-ing,

You're going to get something around 72 years of sitting down for a 31 minute meditation by yourself doing satanama.

So the exponential kind of pattern of the mathematics of the sound,

Each person who comes into the room,

We get an exponential bump up of how many repetitions are starting to run through the system.

Now why would we care about that?

Well one of the reasons we care about that is just think incarnationally.

In one sitting of 31 minutes,

You're getting 72 years of a 31 minute meditation.

What does that do to your consciousness?

And basically if we go back to the TARDIS model,

You had just jumped an incarnational quantum leap,

Because in one 31 minute setting,

You just got 72 years of meditation in your system.

Okay,

So this is where things get fun.

Because everything's moving so much faster by the second,

By the second things are moving faster on this planet.

So we have to,

It's not actually a luxury,

We actually have to find ways to make big quantum leaps both in our consciousness and our evolution,

In our frontal lobe situation,

Because part of the yogic,

All yogic lineages,

One of the foundations of the practice is that we're interested in developing the frontal lobe of the brain,

Because that starts to take us out of the reptilian,

Limbic,

Fight or flight,

You know,

Eating,

That's when somebody has their arm around their food,

All that kind of scarcity,

And it's embedded in that old brain and it was for a purpose and now we're evolving,

And so we need ways that we can make huge leaps in small amounts of time,

Because we're going to have less and less and less and less time.

So we're just going to get a little bit of this velocity in there.

And then the other part of this satsanam,

Why it would be interesting to get this much repetition in your system is this.

Time space machine of the mind.

There's a location where your trauma exists,

Or some of your trauma.

There's a location in the time stream of where some happiness exists.

There's a location of where the depression in the system exists.

There's all these kind of locations.

If you start to get a velocity of a repetition of a higher frequency sound than whatever was the first thought that crossed your mind this morning when you opened your eyes,

Which I can almost assure you was not birth,

Rebirth,

Life,

And the cycle of evolution.

I can almost assure you that was not the first thought that went across the screen this morning.

Usually it has something to do with hating yourself,

Usually,

Or anxiety or the like.

Some version of your particular brand of suffering,

Which of course is very sophisticated,

But no emotion called it sophisticated misery.

We all think our own misery is so sophisticated,

But it's also a branch of the same thing,

Which is something is wrong with me.

Okay?

So you wake up,

That's the first thought that goes across the screen,

And then everything organizes,

Because this is a very efficient system we have.

Everything organizes around there's something wrong with me.

And then the whole time stream of the day organizes around there's something wrong with me.

And then all your choices and the way that you behave organizes around there's something wrong with me.

Either on a subtle level or a very extreme level,

Depends on the day,

Right?

You know?

Depends on which side of the bed you wake up on.

So if you put this much sa,

Ta,

Na,

Ma in your system,

All of a sudden there's a new dimension,

Actually 72 years worth of that resonance of evolution or that higher frequency that's now been installed in your psyche.

So you at least when you wake up start to have a choice.

Okay,

Yeah,

That sa,

Ta,

Na,

Ma place I actually spent 72 years in.

I've only spent 31 years and I hate myself.

This is actually all of a sudden becomes much more magnetic.

Because we're in a post therapeutic model in Kundalini Yoga and this technology.

Because when you go and you sit and you talk about your problems,

Basically what's happening is you're just putting more energy into that location of your psyche.

And sound.

You're putting more sound into that location of your psyche.

So the mantra at a very foundational basis,

Just you know there's so much more here but we'll just scratch the surface,

Is basically giving you some options and putting some sound into a space where the meaning,

I'll give you the meaning of sa,

Ta,

Na,

Ma.

It's a bij mantra so the sound is the meaning but the meaning of it is birth,

Life,

Death,

Rebirth.

And what it tends to do is give us a bit of a expansion of just what's happening in the context of our lives and our relationships and our businesses.

So it just starts to open up a new horizon.

Good?

Alright,

Bring the palms together please.

Thumbs come into the heart.

Inhale.

And exhale.

We use this sound,

Om,

O-m-g,

Resonating it into the chamber of the brain.

Om,

Namo,

Guru,

De,

Namo.

And the sound is like an area code into the part of you that holds this inherent primal human dignity and human wisdom.

We'll do it three times.

Inhale the tune out.

Om,

Namo,

Guru,

De,

Namo.

Om,

Namo,

Guru,

De,

Namo.

Om,

Namo,

Guru,

De,

Namo.

Om,

Namo,

Guru,

De,

Namo.

Inhale.

Hold the breath,

Press the palms together and pull up into the rectum,

The sex organs,

The table,

We call this mulibunda.

Roll the eyes up and in right at the center of the forehead to the tongue,

Roof of the mouth.

You're creating a seal of sound through your system.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Aan gale na mein,

Chur gan gale na mein.

Sat gale na mein,

Siri gure ve na mein.

Aan gale na mein,

Chur gan gale na mein.

Sat gale na mein,

Siri gure ve na mein.

Aan gale na mein,

Chur gan gale na mein.

Sat gale na mein,

Siri gure ve na mein.

Inhale.

And exhale.

And we'll come to all fours.

Let's do some cat cow.

And I'd like you to go with a nice clip here so we start to get the spine more.
