So find a comfortable place,
Either lying down or sitting up,
Just getting yourself comfortable,
Preferably laying down.
And then we're going to take a deep breath in through the nose and hold at the top for a moment,
And then a long,
Slow exhale out the mouth.
And let's do one more of those.
A deep breath in through the nose,
Hold at the top,
And a long exhale out through the mouth.
And then just allowing the breath to find its natural rhythm.
And we'll welcome everything about you here.
We'll welcome all your parts,
The young parts of you and your adult parts,
Parts that are just wanting to rest,
And parts that might want to let you know things.
Everything about you is welcome.
So we'll begin by supporting the heart,
The center of your connection with yourself.
So coming with our intention to your left shoulder and your right hip bone.
Left shoulder,
Right hip bone,
Just bringing care to the heart here.
And then we'll gently switch sides.
We'll come to the top of your right shoulder,
Top of your left hip bone.
Yeah,
That's it.
Supporting the heart,
Just allowing any amount of softening or opening that might want to happen here.
Right shoulder,
Left hip bone.
All right,
So just with ease,
We're going to make our way down to the right adrenal gland.
So it's sitting right above the kidney at your back body,
Just a little bit above the waist.
And on the right side,
The adrenals a little bit like a pyramid shape,
About the size of a quarter.
Yeah,
There you go.
Supporting the right adrenal gland,
Maybe allowing it to rest down on the kidney.
Right adrenal,
Yeah,
It's right there next to the liver and the gallbladder.
And they're all working together to support you.
Right adrenal,
Supporting the right adrenal.
All right,
So we're really gently with ease,
Going to head on over to the left adrenal,
Sitting right above the left kidney.
It's just slightly higher up in the body on the left side,
That adrenal.
And on this side,
It's a little bit more like a crescent shape,
The same size,
About the size of a quarter.
Supporting the left adrenal.
Yeah,
That adrenal supports you in the morning,
Brings the cortisol in so you can begin to move into your day.
And then we really want that cortisol to begin to settle as we start moving later into the day.
So we're just bringing this support so that the adrenal doesn't have to work so hard.
Yeah,
That's it,
Left adrenal.
Maybe sending some compassion to your adrenal.
On this side,
There's the pancreas and the spleen close by and they're all working together.
Yeah,
And you might drift in and out and that's fine.
What we're doing is working regardless of where you may be here or somewhere else in your mind.
It's all good.
Even if you drift off to sleep.
Yeah,
Your body is hearing my voice and responding,
Supporting your healing,
Left adrenal.
All right,
So we're really gently gonna begin to head on up to the brainstem now.
So we'll go up your spinal cord all the way to the top of your spinal cord,
Right where it meets the brain.
And then we'll be at the brainstem.
This is the center of the autonomic nervous system of the fight,
Flight and freeze.
And we're just gonna bring support now to your brainstem.
It's at the base of your skull,
Deep in where that soft areas at the base,
Brainstem,
Maybe allowing the brainstem just to rest down.
Yeah,
You might notice the jaw beginning to soften,
Especially at those hinges,
Hinges,
Or maybe noticing the throat starting to open up or the chest or the tummy opening up a little more.
We're connecting with the vagus nerve here that goes to every organ in the body except the bladder.
Maybe it goes to the bladder and they just don't know that yet.
Yeah,
Just supporting the brainstem.
Yeah,
Just a plane going by in the background.
All right,
So let's really gently now head all the way down to your feet.
We're gonna go to the backs of the ankles,
Just allowing those ankles to open.
They're like hinges on a door,
They close and keep things in or they can open and let things go.
So coming to the soles of the feet,
Tips of the toes,
And whatever you might be ready to let go of that your body's ready to let go of that it doesn't need anymore.
Can just move right through those ankles and right through the feet or anything that's not yours,
That was never yours,
Can just move right through here supporting the ankles.
Yeah,
That's it.
You might notice some warmth or tingling in the lower half of your legs,
Your feet,
Or some really subtle gentle movements going up or down the spine,
Or maybe you're noticing something else or maybe nothing at all.
It's all good.
We know your body's doing exactly what it needs to do in this moment to heal ankles and feet and toes.
Supporting the ankles,
Yeah,
Just allowing for flow.
Allowing for flow,
Ankles and feet and toes.
All right,
So we're going to begin to move to our digestion enhancement.
So coming to the mouth,
We're going to bring support to the mouth and now we're going to come to the esophagus,
Supporting the esophagus.
And now we're going to go to the pancreas,
Just to the left of your stomach there,
A little above the stomach.
Coming to the pancreas creates those digestive enzymes for your stomach,
Supporting the esophagus,
Supporting the pancreas.
All right,
And now we're going to come to your stomach,
Supporting the stomach.
And now we're going to go to the small intestine,
Right below the stomach.
And now to the large intestine,
Below the small intestine.
And now we're going to go to the pelvic floor,
Supporting the pelvic floor.
And now we're going and now we're going to move into the limbic installation.
So this takes the healing work a little bit deeper into your system so it can last a little bit longer,
And also so you can find your way back to it a little more easily.
So if you're laying down,
You want your legs about your foot's length apart,
Just in a resting position.
If you're sitting up,
Your legs should be out with your heels on the ground.
So we're just going to start in a rest position,
And then bringing your big toes in to connect with each other,
To touch,
And holding them there,
And then resting,
Letting that go.
And then you're going to bring your feet and ankles slightly out,
As if you had your feet flat up against a wall,
And you were pushing against the wall.
So just imagining that I'm giving you a little resistance on the outside of your feet.
So you're going to push,
Push,
Push as hard as you can,
Pushing and holding,
And then resting,
And then big toes in to touch and hold,
And resting,
And then feet and ankles out,
Pushing and holding,
And resting,
And big toes in to touch and hold,
And resting,
And then feet and ankles out,
Pushing and holding,
And resting.
And now we're going to move into a minute or two of a healing silence together,
Just letting what we did just titrate into your system.
And then at the end,
I'll say a little something before we part.
And when you feel ready,
You can open your eyes if you'd like.
Take all the time you need to transition to what's next for you.
I wish you well.
