This is Boldly Unbounded with me,

Rachel Marie Korb.

Let's get started.

Gently close your eyes.

Start by finding the breath that's right for you.

Not too fast.

Not too slow.

Just the right tempo.

And remind yourself,

Not only am I capable,

But I'm willing to give it to myself.

You'll know when you've found the breath that's right for you when you notice a sense of relief or release in the body.

Next,

Bring your attention to the mind.

Notice any thoughts.

No need to change them.

Just notice.

Bring your attention to any sensations in the body.

And again,

Just notice.

Now bring your attention to any emotions.

What do you feel?

Where do your emotions manifest in the body?

And allow yourself to express them fully.

Welcome laughter,

Sighs,

Tears,

Even yelling.

Whatever's coming up for you.

Now bring to mind whatever's been weighing on you.

Acknowledge it.

Say something like,

This is overwhelming.

This is stressful.

This is painful.

Welcome any sensations and emotions that arise.

Now remind yourself that you're not alone.

You can say,

I'm not alone.

I know others feel this way too.

We all struggle in our lives.

Gently bring your hands to your heart or another part of the body that's soothing for you.

Notice their warmth.

Allow this warmth to melt the suffering,

Draining down the body and out of the bottom of the feet,

As if it were a wave carrying any suffering out to sea,

Making you just a little bit lighter.

Finally,

Offer yourself loving kindness.

You can say,

May I give myself the compassion I need.

May I give myself the abundant love I deserve.

May I forgive myself.

May I step into my strength.

At the end of the session,

Take a cleansing breath.

Inhale deeply through the nose and out through the mouth with a sigh.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes and return to your day.
