Transcript

Welcome to this 2 minute meditation session.

Find a comfortable place to sit,

With your back upright and relaxed,

Placing your hands in your lap.

Slowly close your eyes as you focus your attention on your breath.

Bring your awareness to the feeling of your breath coming in and slowly going out.

Deep breaths in and long,

Slow breaths out.

Feel your chest rise with an in breath and falling back down with an out breath.

If other thoughts enter your mind,

That's okay.

Just let them flow out of you and return to your breath.

Whenever you are ready,

Open your eyes.

You've just completed this 2 minute meditation session.

Just what I needed. The voice was perfect-neutral, quiet, level. The background sound was very helpful for people like me for whom silence is distracting. And the instructions didn't make me feel like I had to keep up. I'll use this one for a while!
